First off—thank you for the awesome review and the 8/10! We’re thrilled you enjoyed the room, the spotless vibes, and the “wait…do I live here now?” level of luxury. The housekeeping team will absolutely take a victory lap after hearing that. 🧼✨ Now, about the not-quite-4:00 check-in… you’re right. Waiting in the hallway like it’s the premiere of a blockbuster movie—except the movie is your room—isn’t exactly the VIP experience we’re going for. The team works hard to have everything ready by 4:00 PM, but on busy days the final touches can sometimes run a little behind. That said, we hear you, and we’re always looking for ways to make that arrival smoother (and less like a suspense film). As for the walking—guilty as charged. The property is big enough that some guests accidentally close their fitness rings before lunch. The upside is lots of space, multiple waterparks, and plenty to explore… but we totally understand that it can feel like a mini adventure getting from point A to point splash. 🏝️ We’re really glad you had a great stay overall and that you’d recommend us.
