Very practical apartment

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cannot beat location and the fact that it has parking (1 min away -waking). Went there with 3 teenagers and they had a blast. There was plenty of room for everyone! Loved it, and would go back whenever will visit Oahu next.

The apartment was just as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. The free parking is a major plus and very easy to maneuver. The beaches are close to the property as well as other Waikiki shopping areas. We enjoyed this property and would definitely use them again.

Pros: communication, Paul allowed us a super early check in at 11am, all kitchen tools provided, parking area was SUPER close (1 min walk depending on where you parked in the lot), reasonable checkout cleaning instructions, clean and good condition furniture and decorCons: only 3 beach chairs were provided and the straps on all of them were broken, kitchen did not include any basics (no salt/pepper, oil)

Clean and very spacious room with the most comfy bed and towels. Great location with groceries close by that was walkable anywhere around Waikiki. Parking included was a plus and it was less than a 5 minute walk away in a safe lot. My only regret was only staying 5 nights and relocating to a hotel for the last 2 nights, this place was better than a hotel by far.

Clean stay in great Waikiki location

Three of us stayed at the property and were very pleased; the condo was well located close to everything in downtown Waikiki, and worked out well. Bedroom divider provided good privacy and our adult daughter slept on the sofa bed, which worked out OK. Overall everything was good.

Great Stay!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was lovely! Close to everything, awesome parking, updated, clean, and roomy! The toilet flush handle sticks and then runs, so you have to remember to unstick it. I asked for more conditioner but didn’t get it, and had no response. I did get a parking ticket the first day when checking in, and therefore, I would’ve liked a bit more detail on parking for check-in, something like “park in the 3 minute unloading zone right in front of Regency On beach Walk,” and I could’ve avoided the ticket. I still recommend this place highly!

Perfect Vacation Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This one bedroom condo had all the needed amenities, plenty of indoor space and a large balcony. It is in a fantastic location, walkable to the heart of Waikiki. A huge perk is the parking spot just one block away. Lahaina Ice is next door and serves up the best shaved ice which you can enjoy every day of your stay while taking an easy walk to the beach.
