One of a kind home located on historic Signal Hill. Close to hiking trails, sightseeing, cafe's, amenities and downtown St. John's. 1 bedroom, large sofa with appropriate bedding for sleeping, and a bonus loft with a couch that can easily convert into a bed for 2. This beautifully renovated home also features a 4 person Sauna, stand up shower, and a large soaker tub. Amazing views and conveniently located. You will absolutely love staying here!
