The 3 full bathrooms are impeccably kept and private. This home has a cozy living room with 1 sofa tempurpedic queen bed and 1 full size sofa tempurpedic bed, wood burning fireplace and a kids room downstairs. Outside from kids bunk room is a queen sofa bed. Our place is the perfect get away and closely located to downtown Eagle River. Your families will love this centrally-located lake home. 15 minute walk to town, minutes drive to dining, golfing (3 blocks), groceries (5 blocks), shopping and cinema. Enjoy sunning on your swim platform, fishing along 275 ft of private shoreline and the convenience of docking your fishing/pwc/pontoon to a new aluminum pier. This freshly refurbished estate allows friends/ family to enjoy all the Northwoods has to offer. Coffee at sunrise, cocktails at sunset on 1.5 acres of pvt. land. The newest pier of 2 has chairs for Yellow Birch’s panoramic lake views.

From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed and comfortable. The home was bigger than the description and had all the essential amenities provided plus games/activities for both young and old. Beds were comfortable and fluffy towels were an added bonus. We are definitely considering returning!

Great Family Getaway and Dog Friendly

Great deck for overlooking the water perfect for sunrise in the morning. It was definitely our family gathering point for coffee and meals. Made several meals on the gas grill and blackstone that are right on the deck. They have A great fire pit area for making S'mores.The dock by the lake was also great for relaxing and swimming.The house had a great layout and had everything our family needed for the vacation.And also they have great wifi in case you needed to connect to work, lol. Great location one mile from eagle river from grocery stores and anything you may need.We had a great time!

Great family time! Lots of kitchen/dining table/eating space. Everyone said beds were comfortable. Kids loved the raft and dock in the swimming area. Two docks worked out well for our boat and pontoon. Lots of room inside the house for people to spread out. Everyone loved the kitchen layout for preparing and serving food. Plenty of parking for 4 vehicles, a boat trailer, and a pontoon area. Fun fire ring with plenty of chairs. Fun to be on the Chain of Lakes and easy to get to Eagle River on our portion. Roomy, shaded yard with lots of lake frontage. We would have reserved for next year, but our week was taken.

Family & Friends Getaway

We had a great time at this cabin. It was extremely clean and well cared for, we walked into the sweetest card and welcome gift, and the home was fully stocked with the things we needed for kitchen ware, bedding, extra toiletries, and even laundry supplies. We were impressed with the many seating options for dining, the thoughtful pamphlet detailing area attractions, places to eat, and emergency services, and appreciated the updated fire TV technology and stock of games for the rainy days we were there. I could even talk about the stock of plush, clean towels. The dock was beautiful, the water and outdoor area clean, and we spent many many hours catching rock bass, perch, and panfish. The firepit outside was ready to light upon arrival, and the owners were responsive and available if we had questions. We are excited to go back!
