An expansive structure of two adjacent townhouse-style homes each offering 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths (Total 8 BRs, 6 Full BAs, 2 Half BAs, 2 Kitchens, 2 Hot Tubs, 6 Terraces & 2 Fire Pits), Castle Central is perfect for large groups and multiple families. New amenities are endless for a memorable stay.

Castle Central is a grand standalone structure consists of two SEPARATE but adjacent 3-story units. It is a duplex where guests access both sides.

We comfortably accommodate 16 people with 6 bedrooms (queen bed in each), and 2 offices with queen-sized sleeper sofas and sit-stand desks. Each bedroom (office included) has an ensuite bathroom for utmost comfort and privacy. Between the two units, there are 6 full bathrooms and 2 half baths each equipped with LED vanity mirror and warm water bidet.

Prepare a delicious meal in the custom-designed kitchen stocked with all the essentials and gather with the whole crew at the rustic live edge dinning table (seats ten). Two units means two kitchens & dinning rooms too!

Guests will enjoy full private access to the entire property. Please note that access between the two units are only available outdoor either through the back terrace or the front entrance. Basements will not be accessible as it's only used for storage and utilities.

Castle Central is designed & built with the vision of our dream home. We manage it personally with the goal of sharing that vision with you.

This place is an urban oasis that are minutes away from all the hustle and bustle of Indianapolis. It's for gazing into the starry night in the hot tub, sharing s'mores and memories by the fire pit, and for merry gatherings of family and friends. Please keep those gatherings orderly and treat the Castle with respect.

If you are here for business purposes, we provide great wifi, dedicated office, and numerous areas for meetings and inspirations.

By making this reservation, Guest attests that the following statements are true and agree to all the below statements.

- I accept responsibility for all persons on the Property and agree that children will be supervised at all times

- I acknowledge and assume responsibility for any injury to me or persons on the Property as a result of my stay.

- I understand there is some inherent risk from outdoor activities (i.e., hot tub, use of the fire pit & grill) and accept responsibility for that risk.

- Host is not liable for any incidents in regards to the house, use of hot tub, fire pit, grill, porch swing, etc.

- Host is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury or cancellation fees.

- All Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Property Owner harmless from any liability for personal injury or property damage sustained by Guest or individuals invited onto the property by Guest.
