Lagoon access & kayak launch is provided directly behind the property.  Property offers 2 swimming pools and hot tub. Views from balcony of the Gulf, Swimming Pool & Little Lagoon. Spend the day at the pool, beach or fishing & kayaking in Little Lagoon and then choose to either dine at home or at one of the many award winning restaurants in the area. Multiple golf courses in the area. 🏌️‍♂️This Newly Built, Beautifully Decorated Beachside Cottage offers a peaceful retreat with 4 Bedrooms & 4 Bathrooms, enough room for 12 guests. Plenty of room for 2 families to share with 2 King Master Suites with adjustable beds, Private Bathrooms and 2 Bedrooms with custom built-in full over queen bunk beds suitable for adults and kids. WiFi and Smart TV’s with Dish Network in every bedroom and living room. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with Bar & 4 Barstools and Dining area with seating for 8. Parking beneath home with enough room to park 4 vehicles and Entertainmenth area with Gas Grill & Beach Equipment located below home. Exterior security cameras located at the bottom of the outside stairs and in the garage area.
