Amazing space and location

Amazing unit! Plenty of space for two families. The check in process is a little different than renting through the resort. It’s easy, just make sure you have the instructions before you arrive. Everyone at the check in center was wonderful. The unit was clean, comfortable and spacious!

Nice place

Las Palomas is great. We did like the condo. Good layout in and the double master en suite second bedroom was good for the other couple that came. Mattress was too firm for us in the main master. It would’ve been nice to have more modern TV options with Netflix, etc. as there was only options for Cable TV.

The condo is really big, it fit all of my family comfortably. The check-in process was not at alas Palomas but it’s really close to the hotel & it was quick. The condo does seem dated, the couches are old & the slider doors are hard to open. You only get 2 days of cleaning service, we were there for 5. So make sure to get extra towels on day 2.

We really enjoyed our time at the condo. Check in being offsite was a bit inconvenient, but not a deal breaker. The unit was great. Great location, friendly staff, and easy access to the beach and other phases of the resort. The only complaint we had was that the mattresses were not comfortable. Even our 16 year old son complained about how uncomfortable they were. The master in particular felt like plywood. I would gladly stay again, but I highly recommend a mattress topper or new mattress. Everything else was great.
