* This property is multi-tiered, so there are several single/double steps throughout the house, accessing the different rooms. Please take that into consideration when booking this property.

* Like most homes in our beautiful mountain town, this home does not have central air conditioning. Instead, enjoy the refreshing mountain breezes by opening the windows and screen doors, and take advantage of the provided ceiling and floor fans to keep the home comfortable throughout your stay. During the summer months, two portable AC units are installed in the Living Room and Dining Hall.

* This property has a single camera that scans the driveway and exterior entry area for added property/guest security. 

**Winter Months Note: Please be aware that during the winter months, weather is extremely unpredictable. We strongly advise that all guests use a 4WD or AWD vehicle to enjoy the Estes Park Area safely.
