This fourth floor condo is tastefully decorated with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, screened in lanai, fully stocked kitchen, community pool is steps away! Boardwalk to Hickory Bay where you can fish, kayak, watch the sunsets or have a scenic walk. Boardwalk is under construction, but new one coming soon! *30 Day minimum, association must approve application $100 fee.
