Two bedroom two bath condo in Bonita Bay! This condo is located on the second floor with a garden view. Two bedrooms including a den and a carport. Bonita Bay has so much to offer! Enjoy 3 parks inside our gates, with a basketball, bocce ball and tennis courts! Close to beaches, and a shuttle is included to bring your to Bonita Bay's exclusive beach spot with complimentary chairs, umbrellas, picnic tables, grills and restrooms. *This is a 30 day minimum, $150 application fee paid by tenant, $40 per person for background check, and two reference letters required.
