Total area of the property 2480 m. House with 3 bedrooms, 2 suites and 1 bathroom. Large living room with fireplace, dining table and open kitchen next to the living room with balcony, very comfortable space.
Recreation area with pool, barbecue and pizza oven. It has 1 bathroom also outside with barbecue.
Large lawn area.
Location of the property in a very quiet place, at 7000 Avenida Santana numeral * one of the main of the city of Atibaia (near the hang gliding landing) and Bars, restaurants and shops in general.
Daily Rates: CHECK in at 5 pm on the first selected day and CHECK out until 6 pm on the departure date.

Passei uma semana com minha família, foi maravilhoso!!! Fácil de chegar o gps funciona até o local. É bem próximo do centro, em aproximadamente 7 ou 8 km, tem muitos mercados, ótimos restaurantes, Mc donald's, etc. Perfeito para quem busca sossego. A tv funciona perfeitamente (para criança assistir desenho, por exemplo) É bom levar jogos (dama, dominó, baralho, etc.) A churrasqueira é ótima. A piscina é a melhor atração! Mas é funda (para criancas até 6 ou 7 anos), caso a criança não saiba nadar, levar bóia, e claro, tem que ter um adulto de olho. Tem a profundidade na descrição do anúncio. Durante a minha estadia, a noite, ventou bastante, então melhor levar blusas e calças se pretende usar a churrasqueira a noite. Dentro da casa é fresquinho, uma delícia. Por lá tem muitas atrações para quem busca esporte radical, também! O proprietário Marco e o caseiro Alexandre, sempre atenciosos. Perfeito.

Passamos 6 dias na casa, em 3 casais. Avaliação positiva já começa no caminho da viagem: saímos de São Paulo em uma noite de chuva e trânsito, ficamos em contato com o Alexandre (caseiro) que nos respondia sempre super rápido e nos recebeu muito bem e sem nenhum problema - mesmo com o nosso atraso - chegamos às 23h. O caminho é fácil de seguir e tranquilo - existe um pedaço de estrada de terra, com chuva fraca foi tranquilo, mas num dia de chuvas intensas deve ser mais perigoso e complicado pra carros baixos - mas nada que impeça a viagem. Assim que chegamos já fomos surpreendidos: tudo é MAIOR e MAIS BONITO do que nas fotos. A casa estava extremamente limpa e cheirosa (banheiros, louças, tudo…). A área externa é incrível: a piscina é grande e tem uma profundidade considerável (uma raridade haha), o espaço da churrasqueira é ótimo e bem equipado. Não tivemos sorte com o tempo: pegamos dias de chuva e vento, mas isso não foi um problema, já que a estrutura interna da casa também é ótima, ampla e comporta a todos tranquilamente. Tivemos que trabalhar por dois dias e a internet suportou todos online, com câmera aberta e com transferência de arquivos pesados tranquilamente - aconteceram alguns períodos de instabilidade, mas nada fora do esperado. O contato com o Marco foi sempre rápido e efetivo, com o Alexandre, a mesma coisa. Ele fica próximo à chácara, vem todos os dias para fazer a limpeza da piscina e sempre que precisamos/chamamos. Como pontos de melhoria apenas o que já foi comentado aqui: chuveiros com maior pressão e um fogão na área da churrasqueira.

Ainda não saímos daqui mas já quero dar meu depoimento, pegamos dia de muita chuva e tempo feio mas isso não fez com que fosse tudo perfeito. A chácara é magnífica e de verdade não queria embora não kkkkk o caseiro é muito receptivo, não tenho nada a reclamar. A única coisa que poderia ter a mais seria um fogão na área de churrasqueira para a facilidade apenas. Mas o local é vista é extraordinário parabéns Marcos pelo imóvel, já estou aqui querendo voltar

Passamos quatro dias descansando e admirando o contato com a natureza e paz que esse local trás. Quanto ao Imóvel muito organizado, bem equipado, os quartos cozinha e sala de estar limpíssimos, área da churrasqueira também equipada o que evita de ficar subindo até a cozinha da casa para pegar pratos, talheres e etc. A área externa limpa, paisagismo bem cuidado e lindo! Muito verde e muito espaço! Ficamos encantados e espero em breve voltar.. porém com sol! rs pegamos dias nublados mas que deu pra aproveitar do mesmo jeito!
