Why they chose this property

The Ducks Landing Neighborhood is very quaint and friendly. We do have access to shared ownership pier. There are local walking trails, 4x4 trails, disc golf, put put, a lake bar, a couple great year round restaurants. In the off season, there are about 1500 residents. In the summer season we host many guests from all over.

What makes this property unique

The property has a rustic but comfortable vibe. We finished remodeling in July 2023 we hope you will enjoy our vision.
