Spotless space, exceptionally responsive host, great location, great amenities. Property was perfect for 2 retirees visiting friends & family in the area. Listing was exactly as described. Free and easily accessible parking was convenient. Never heard a sound from any neighboring units. Fully stocked supplies included dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Would stay here in the future!

Liked it very much. Unfortunately, took over an hour to get the key as the lock box to retrieve the key had been moved and took a while to get the correct location of the lock box. Good place and convenient.

Seamless, private stay

The property appeared to be somewhat of a work in progress near the lobby area, but everything about checking in, using my front door pin, getting my keys and finding my room was seamless. It's also worth noting that all of the common spaces downstairs were fully furnished & clean and stocked with coffee pods, vending machines and such, it was just some surrounding areas that were still under construction it seemed - but none of it affected my stay at all, just something I observed. The room was wonderfully clean, ammenity-wise on par with a hotel suite. No noise from neighbors that I assumed to be living there. The private balcony space was an awesome plus as well. It was great for a simple short stay, traveling solo. The host was very communicative and clear, professional, and helpful. I'd definitely recommend!

I arrived at the property at 5:30 p.m., check in was 4 p.m., and the cleaner was still cleaning the space and asked me to come back in one hour. Not want to wanted after a long day but nothing compared to my reaction when I did come back. Relaxing on the bed, I felt a bite on my arm. A BED BUG! Upon removing the sheet, I found more on the mattress cover and mattress. I quickly collected my belongs and left the apartment. I emailed the property manager to say I was leaving because of bed bugs, she apologized for ‘the inconvenience.’ It was 9:45 p.m. and I was on the street looking for a place to stay.VRBO customer service was amazing, sent me a full credit and paid for one of two nights at a hotel.
