This was a great place to stay and relax, just a short walk to the beach and quick drive to great restaurants and activities. Highly recommend!!

Overall the property was perfect. Great location, super clean and plenty of room for our family of 4. The only negative I can say is that the property is a duplex and that’s not mentioned in the listing. Overall great spot and would stay there again!

This was the perfect place for our 5 day Cape getaway. Located very centrally on the cape. Close to everything! 10 minute walk to local beach and less than 5 minute drive to other beaches. AC was a plus! Grill on the deck was put to good use as well. The outdoor shower is clean and great. There were 3 of us and place couldve accommodated 3 or 4 more. Host was easily communicated. Would stay again 100%.

Nice relaxing cottage near the beach. Inside was clean and more spacious and modern than it appeared in the listing photos. I wonder if there is a way to retake the photos to better reflect how truly wonderful the place is. Great shampoo and central air. The grill may need updating or cleaning so we decided not to use it (but this led to discovery of Joeys pizza which was a hit). Other than that it was perfect.
