Everything was great. The cottage was exactly what we were expecting. It was clean and ready for our arrival. The host reached out to make sure all was well and was very friendly.
This was a great home. I loved that it was not really close to other homes. It had great views and was very quiet, but still really close to Fruita and Grand Junction. The hosts were great and very responsive. Plenty of bedroom and bathroom space and plenty of kitchen amenities. I’d definitely stay at this home again.
Very nice place. Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed with the accommodations. Very close to Colorado National Monument, which we also highly recommend.

The Cottage was perfect for our family of 4. Very close to downtown Fruita and Grand Junction. Loved feeling like we were out in the country away from traffic. Highly recommend.

Thanks Pat, glad you enjoyed the Cottage and its surroundings and views. As you know our home is on the same 5 acre property and its nice to see others enjoy it as well.
We came into town for bike races for teenagers. There was plenty of room for everyone, a great eat-in kitchen for us all to make & enjoy meals in, and a quick drive to many attractions.

Thanks for staying with us. Love to have you back if you are over this way again.
Great house and location. Beautiful views of the Monument from the living room kitchen. The house felt brand new (and probably is?). Very quiet location not near the highway, and our kids had a large pasture to run around and play in. John and Janie are fantastic people and we enjoyed them. The massive fridge was able to hold all our Palisade peaches too!
Prefect place for us. Incredible views. Very quiet. Minimal carpeting (we have family member with severe allergies). Excellent hosts- very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!
We had a great stay. The cottage was in a beautiful location! 360 degree views. Excellent for star gazing. The cottage was well appointed. Having coffee available with the fixings was a vary nice thing. We had a great relaxing visit and look forward to going back!
Adobe Creek cottage was a perfect stay and location. The home was very clean, had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. The view of the Colorado National Monument was amazing from the front patio and out the windows. Perfect for watching sun and moon rise and set. If you are a golfer you can walk to the 27 hole golf course! We spent a day at the Monument which is a must see! We also enjoyed a scenic drive through BLM land which is so bountiful and beautiful in Colorado. Would love to come back ASAP!
This was such a quiet, peaceful, and Beautiful home.
John&Janie were so quick to respond and helped with any problems that we had.
We are planning to come back next year and we are definitely getting this place again and hopefully it’s available for us when the time comes.😊
ThankYou again John&Janie🙏
This property was perfect for our long weekend getaway. It's close enough to downtown Fruita that going to the food truck rally and farmer's market was quick and easy, but secluded enough to feel like you can really connect with nature. It would be an excellent place for stargazing, and we enjoyed seeing quails and lots of other birds from the covered porch. The horses in the adjacent pasture were fun to watch, too!
The home itself was great. The side entry opens to a mud room/laundry room with a nice bench and hooks to hang coats and purses. A comfy and cozy living room was just right for relaxing after a long day. The kitchen was fully stocked (including tupperware!) and the water from the fridge was perfect. The bedrooms were just what we needed, and it was so nice to have an en suite in the primary bedroom.
We would absolutely stay here again!
