The properrt was great, just as described. It was well stocked and clean. The guys went golfing right next door. We loved the area. Close enough to the bigger citt of Grand Junction, but remote enough for quiet evenings.

Such a beautiful property! We loved the proximity to hiking trails and had a wonderful time overall. The house was clean, cozy and well stocked. We will definitely return for our next girls trip!

An adorable house, plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs and the home is beautifully decorated. We will absolutely stay again when we’re in Fruita/GJ.

Lovely cottage with very nice views of Colorado National Monument. Great location in a quiet area, but close to stores if needed. Hope was very clean and also very comfortable. Nice kitchen, living ng room, bedrooms (with comfy beds), and bathrooms. This was my second stay here, and I definitely plan to visit again. Highly recommend this home.

Place was very nice. Everything was as pictured. Just wish they’d had more silverware. We went through a lot with 4 kids ! They were very welcoming, and super easy to communicate with. They were very accommodating with our early departure. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back !

This was a great home. I loved that it was not really close to other homes. It had great views and was very quiet, but still really close to Fruita and Grand Junction. The hosts were great and very responsive. Plenty of bedroom and bathroom space and plenty of kitchen amenities. I’d definitely stay at this home again.

The Cottage was perfect for our family of 4. Very close to downtown Fruita and Grand Junction. Loved feeling like we were out in the country away from traffic. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, quiet & well appointed

We came into town for bike races for teenagers. There was plenty of room for everyone, a great eat-in kitchen for us all to make & enjoy meals in, and a quick drive to many attractions.

Quiet, Clean, Comfortable Cozy Cottage

We had a great stay. The cottage was in a beautiful location! 360 degree views. Excellent for star gazing. The cottage was well appointed. Having coffee available with the fixings was a vary nice thing. We had a great relaxing visit and look forward to going back!
