Built in the 1930s, and lovingly restored in 2022, this rustic cabin is just a 3-minute drive to the Mimosa Boat Landing on Lake James, making it the perfect getaway spot for couples, young families, or small groups looking for quality time in a cozy setting. Original stonework can be found throughout the property, including around the fire pit and outdoor chimney, and creates a charming outdoor space to unwind after a fun-filled day on the lake!

About the Home
• Kitchen with island butcher block seating for 2, a drip-style coffee pot, and an industrial-style sink and countertop.
• Living area with gas-log fireplace, reclining chairs and sofa, and 21" TV with Roku for streaming.
• Screened-in porch with seating for 2 and covered front porch with charcoal grill and porch swing.
• Original stonework patio with outdoor dining and wood-burning fire pit.
• A mini-split HVAC unit heats and cools the cabin.
• The driveway provides ample parking, with space for a boat trailer.
• This cabin is pet-friendly with an additional fee.

Lovely community, nice and quite very cozy. Great location next to Lake James. Would have loved to use the screened in porch but weather did not permit. Have already recommended to friends.

A little piece of heaven on earth.

IT. WAS. PERFECT. We loved it. Greybeard and the owner checked on us after the big t-storm and power outage. So much history in the area and we did not want to leave this am. Will be back!
