This recently renovated two bedroom, two bathroom condo is located on the 8th floor at Beachside Two. The condo has professional designer touches throughout. You will be blown away by the stunning panoramic gulf views offered from nearly every room! In addition to sugar white beaches, Beachside Two offers a seasonally heated swimming pool and an on-site fitness center. With amenities galore, a spacious and open floor plan, this beautiful unit has everything you need for your perfect vacation! The living area features a brand new TV and new furniture with a queen sleeper sofa. The dining area has brand new furniture with seating for 6 with additional seating at the breakfast bar in the updated kitchen. The unit has a king bed in the primary bedroom with stunning views, and the guest room features a king bed, and connects to the 2bathroom. Just off the living area is the laundry closet, with a full size washer and dryer.

Hop on the tram and take a quick trip to the Village of Baytowne Wharf for restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Guests are just minutes from everything - the beach, golfing, tennis, fishing, great food and shopping at nearby Market Shops, Grand Boulevard and Village of Baytowne Wharf.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the condo. The beach was beautiful, and the views from the balcony were excellent. However, there were a few issues that, if addressed, would make future stays much more enjoyable.Master Bedroom Bed – While we are accustomed to a slightly firmer mattress, the bed in the master bedroom was extremely soft. Unfortunately, this caused discomfort throughout the night and resulted in back pain each morning.Hot Water Heater – The hot water for showers lasted only about five minutes before turning cold, which was challenging for a family of four. Most of us ended up taking cold showers. We contacted maintenance, and although they adjusted the water heater temperature, it did not resolve the issue. Upgrading to a larger hot water heater may help prevent this problem for future guests.Washing Machine – Once the washer finished filling, it became extremely loud during operation. The noise was disruptive and sounded as though the machine may need maintenance or repair.Smoking on Nearby Balconies – Smoke from neighboring balconies, including both cigarettes and marijuana, frequently drifted onto our balcony area. This made it difficult to fully enjoy sitting outside during the evenings.Despite these concerns, we did appreciate the property’s location and scenic views.

Wonderful view and newly renovated

Two retired couples really enjoyed that unit had two very comfortable king beds. Unit clean and newly renovated with a nice western facing beach view so the sunsets were exquisite. Some exterior renovations underway but didn’t begin until 8:30ish so noise annoying but understandable.Great unit in really good location.

Beachside II

Great area with access to everything you need. The only suggestion would be to improve the amount of kitchen supplies, as example, there is only one full-sized plate in the cabinet. If anyone were planning to cook and eat in for a meal, there isn't enough plates to serve the meal. Otherwise, it is an outstanding property.

It was nice & clean when we arrived. There were actually beach toys/chairs/umbrella in a closet so it would have been nice to not have to pack all that. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We were not huge fans of the master shower with the rainfall shower head plus handheld. The hot water did not last long enough for 2 adults and 1 child to shower, so we took Luke warm to cold showers all week & the way the pressure was split between the two shower heads it was pretty weak- hard to get sand off with weak pressure. Patio furniture was ripped but not necessarily a problem. Overall it was clean, decorated nicely and a good place to stay. If the hot water wasn’t an issue then I would not have an issue rebooking.

Great Stay but check freq for updates as they don't notify

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is beautiful, clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was the pool update. I booked in April and the pool refurb was scheduled to be complete before our stay mid July. I found out three days before that it was delayed - out of their control so not mad about that. My issue is that I was not notified of the delay until it was too late to change to a different place with a working pool or get a refund. We were given the option of two pools on the bayside which was not optimal with kids and equipment. But as for the unit I would book again because it was a great condo and the host/property managers were great other than the one issue. It would be nice once you book to be sent notifications rather than just check the website. Once booked I don't check the website.

Unfortunately this unit and the complex as a whole were less than desirable. I felt this unit hadn't been visited by the owners in quite some time. The TV in the living room has come loose from the mount and is hanging completely crooked. The remote to operate the TV had very weak batteries so the volume wouldn't change - we went and bought new ones and that fixed the problem, we did not contact the mgmt company because that is all they would have done, it was late and I was not in the mood to deal with it. It was far easier to change ourselves.The trash can stunk, like your outdoor cans do after a lot of use. I ignored and thought I was being picky. But when we took the trash out to leave, they had dryer sheets (Bounce) under the trashbag so they know its a problem. The whole condo had that "rental" smell to it which was not good.The master bath is tiny, the vanity has no place to sit much at all so I used the other bathroom. Master shower was recently reno'd and they did a horrible job. There are two handles, one for the water flow/temp and above to switch between the rain shower head and the handheld with was mounted below waiste level. When you adjusted the water temp it bumped into the shower head selector and made the rain shower head come on. It was tight in there so if you didn't want to get your hair wet, that was a problem. Still in the master bath - the toilet lid would not shut because the cabinet over and around it was too low. out of space here

Beautiful property, very secure and gorgeous view! Looks just like the picture. Wish there were some suggestions on places to dine and instructions on how to use the TV. Master bed and bath gorgeous and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great room gorgeous with comfy furniture. Back bedroom and 2nd bathroom kinda dated and mattress uncomfortable. Outside sofa and ottoman had a hole in it.
