wonderfully convenient location, close to a grocery store, a bevy of restaurants/street food vendors, and a subway stop a few blocks away. arrival and checkout instructions were clear. the room is cozy with both aircon and heater if needed. would definitely book again!

My first experience with VRBO and very excellent. The quality for price was great, I felt safe and the place was extremely quiet. Conveniently located to a large selection of food and groceries while traveling to the city is very easy. I would highly recommend this space and will definitely book in the future. This place was very cute and cozy. A bit small, but my girlfriend and I didn't mind. AC works really well and the bed is comfy enough. It has everything you'd need for a few days stay in new York. Great location too. Can get to Manhattan in about 40 mins on the subway and there's a station less than 7 minutes walk from the apartment. Also the grocery store close by is open 24/7 which is highly convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for people considering visiting New York for a few days.

Clean and Comfortable

The host was great at communicating and responded to our requests promptly. The space is clean, small but perfect for solo traveler or couple. Only negative was that the wifi was very poor and didn't work for us. It takes about 50 minutes via subway train to get to downtown Manhattan.

We were satisfied with the room. The house is very close to the #7 subway train, making it convenient to travel back to Manhattan or the US Open/Citi Field. Street food, restaurants, and convenience shops are all over the neighborhood. The accommodations are very basic, which was expected. The Wifi password was incorrect, but a quick note to the host remedied that.

Great place in the heart of Queens

We loved this place and the owner was very easy to communicate with. He helped us with several requests since we did not know much about the area. The place is very small but enough room for a single traveler or a couple. It was a bit tricky finding the place and parking can be tricky also. Also, the area looks rough upon first glance, but it was much quieter than expected, and the people we saw around just kept to themselves and were respectful. We never felt unsafe and once we got in and settled, we were very pleased. We would stay there again if ever in the area! Thank you Nob for being a great host!

Communication with the host was very good. He was attentive and helpful.The property is in a very dirty area.The accommodation is much too small for two people—no proper storage space for clothes, bed too small, very limited crockery, including no glasses.At night, it is impossible to sleep without earplugs due to the loud refrigerator. The air conditioning had a very pungent smell.All in all not for two people.

Figured I needed to leave a response so that people are not misguided. The guest never told us anything about all that he mentioned during the stay so this is a big surprise. We are more than happy to provide whatever is necessary for a good and comfortable stay. We even have an extra air mattress if necessary. If you read our past reviews from guests it should give you a good idea of the accommodation. Also we provide a very very reasonable rate so people should not expect a huge apt for the price they are paying.
