Why they chose this property

This penthouse just gives me feel good vibes and its where we go to unwind.. Unbeatable location without being in the madness of Waikiki, but close enough to everything, no matter what your day holds. It's also close to the hospital and major medical facilities, ideal for Work, Play, Stay adventures. Its mixed use zoning means its flexibility provides greater opportunities for me to service a wider range of guests. Co-working, co-living or anything in between.

What makes this property unique

We have many modern condo high rises in Honolulu, but nothing like this award winning architecture. It's in the theater district and not caught up in the tourist trap resort areas of the island. It's peaceful, secluded, but incredibly convenient.
