Great rental for a family vacation! The unit is perfectly located on the ground floor right near the pool making it very convenient to sit on the back porch and watch older kids swim or play in the yard. We would rent this unit again!

Great place to stay!

We had an amazing stay at this beach condo! The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The porch was perfect for coffee in the morning and had a nice view of the sunset in the evening. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. We can’t wait to come back—highly recommend!

Great family christmas

Property worked well for family christmas. First floor patio provides overflow space and still had a view of the surf. Well stocked kitchen. Would stay again.

Yes,couple of suggestions for B110 surf and raquet club. Screens on the sliders for fresh air and to hear the ocean.Also fix lock on sliding door instead of using a piece of wood.

Great Location

Your property was a great location, however, was disappointed that the pool was closed. That was one of the reasons we picked that property due to be able to access the pool from the back door. Which also the back door did not lock unless you put a stick in the door, which didn't make the door latch

Hi Jacqueline, there are two pools on the property, and one was always available for guest use. We also spoke about the door letting you know that the stick is for extra security. The lock on the door was inspected after you departed and is working properly.

The condo is fine. Construction on an elevator, a pool and a boardwalk was noisy during the day and made for a longer walk to get to the beach.

Decent location condo needs some updating in need of some maintenance, sliding screen door missing on both doors and lock did not work on sliding door. Nice layout of condo, nice mattress, furniture needs some cleaning, I think a little overpriced for what you are getting. Just trying to be honest.

Property had great potential. Shower drain clogged. (Fixed) Shower and shower head moldy. ( Only partially fixed) Shower head old and would not adjust. I had family in two different units there at the same time. Those units were maintained much better. About 300.00 for shower heads and good cleaning would have made a huge difference.

James, being on the beach comes with things that are stainless to look moldy, but it is actually corrosion is actually what you were seeing on the shower heads. We are in the process of replacing with something new that wont do the same things.

Enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues that can be easily fixed. Patio door wouldn’t lock. Curtains in living area did not cover the windows and was see thru. No privacy in main living area at night. Dead bug on bed underneath quilt. No starter laundry detergent. Drain cover not secure in primary shower. Maybe add a comfortable recliner/chair or loveseat in living room. The small chairs are not very comfy for watching tv.

We have stayed at this location many times but with different hosts. Overall it is a great place to stay. Very convenient to beach and has multiple pools. Very family friendly and only 5 minutes from downtown. Will definitely stay there again.
