Nice house, well equipped. Very comfortable for a group. Some road noise and a little buggy inside.

Hi Jennifer! We are so sorry you had to deal with the road noise, and depending on where you stay the bugs can be really frustrating :) We would love to have you back next year in a more secluded area with a breeze to get rid of those bugs!!

Great time

The house has a nice layout for a family, the kitchen is well appointed and worked for food prep for the wedding. The lower floor is a bit damp and musty and will trigger those with mold sensitivities. All that being said we were very happy

Wedding weekend stay

Stayed here with some other guest for a weekend for a wedding. Everything was clean and comfortable, including rocking chairs and niceloveseat in the living room.Also a grill on the side porch but we didn't use it. There were fans and an AC unit which makes the room very comfortable in the summer downstairs is also nice and cool. I was upstairs in the loft and slept very well although if people go into the kitchen you can definitely hear everything going on in the kitchen/living area. The showers and bathroom were nice and spacious. There was a lot of condensation on the floor in the bathroom in the basement which is a minor slip hazard but not too big of a deal. There is a TV with some DVD's and books for entertainment. Checkin and checkout instructions were very easy. There is sugar/spices/tea in the cabinets and lots of mugs and plates and bowls! We forgot shampoo and coffee creamer and the nearest grocery is a little drive but not too bad! Loved it and want to come back for real vacation! Also the M&F people on the phone were very nice :)

Mahara 1

This is the second year my family and I rented this property we love going there. It’s very peaceful relaxing and wonderful for family activities. Would love to rent every year
