The convenient and quiet location of Casa Bella is close to everything you come to the Gulf Coast of Southwest Florida to enjoy. The world's best shelling beaches, championship golf courses, great fishing, fine dining, shopping, friendly neighbors, and plenty of sunshine are at your doorstep. At Casa Bella, you can enjoy a game of tennis, pickleball, or bocce; then relax in the heated pool. Inside, prepare gourmet meals in the fully-equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances in 2025. Unwind with a cool drink on the lanai. Cozy up in the living room with your 48" LED Smart TV with BluRay/DVD player. At the end of the day, retire to your luxurious Master Bedroom Suite which boasts high-end furniture, a new (2023) King-Size Bed and a 37" LED Smart TV with DVD Player. The guest bedroom has been updated in 2019 with all new furniture and a new Queen Bed. The updated Living Room boasts a new rug and accent chair, plus a leather sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Call Risha at (239)994-0652 the day before your departure, and let her know what time you plan to leave so that she can expedite cleaning for the next guest.
Please start a load of laundry (bed linens and/or towels) before you leave.
Return the keys for the pool area, activity courts, and mailbox to the hooks by the front door. Ensure that the deadbolt is locked on your way out! Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Reserved Parking is provided for one vehicle only. No commercial vehicles or motorcycles.

Wonderful time

We are 2 senior citizens and really appreciated the condo amenities and location for our month visit. Weather was outstanding and the new pool got a lot of use. Very quiet area. The condo was wonderfully stocked, the best of many condos I have used over the years. The best was the location, close to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Walmart, Target and Publix. Good communication with owners a plus also. Thanks and hope to get back again.

We live in the Chicago area, but have family in Fort Myers and have been visiting for years! In 2005, we decided to purchase this condo for use during our visits, and to share with others when we can't be there to enjoy it ourselves.

Why they chose this property

Casa Bella is a small, friendly condo community consisting of 70 2br/2ba condos. We loved the quiet location and onsite amenities -- heated pool, BBQ grills, tennis/pickleball/bocce courts. Casa Bella is just a few blocks away from several restaurants and great shopping (including SuperTarget).

What makes this property unique

Jim & Connie's Casa Bella condo is a 2br/2ba second floor end unit. Casa Bella is a very stable, friendly community where the vast majority of owners are seasonal residents. (About 25% of the owners are full-time.) There are only a few condos available as rentals.
