A beautiful experience on Nepco Lake is waiting for you at this wonderful 4000 sq ft 4-bedroom 3 1/2 bath retreat. Step inside and be greeted by an open floor plan, comfy bedrooms and stunning views of Nepco Lake. This home has ample opportunity to create a special getaway for your friends and family.

The home comfortably sleeps 8, and each bedroom features a king bed. The bedroom layout includes a first floor master with ensuite and three spacious bedrooms in the lower level. The master bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower and dual vanities. There are two full bathrooms on the lower level, and a powder room located off the front entrance. The main living area has a La-Z-Boy leather reclining sectional along with an internet connected 65 inch TV. The adjacent bar seating allows relaxing views of the lake. It opens to a chefs kitchen with custom Amish crafted dining table. The kitchen is well appointed with high end appliances. It features dual islands providing generous food prep and entertainment space. Between the expansive dining table, bar seating and open floor plan it allows for wonderful dine in experiences. In addition there are amenities like AC, WiFi, a washer/ dryer, gas grill, and three beverage refrigerators.

There is a large upper deck off the main living area with Polywood outdoor seating. The lower level offers a cozy chatting area, and a place where you can challenge your friends to a game of darts. You can sneak into the airy screened porch to enjoy the outdoors, or start a warm fire overlooking the lake at the outdoor firepit. (with firewood provided to fuel the 48" firepit) Relax on our private pier or swim in the sandy frontage. Float 50 yards into the bay and experience a knee deep sand bar, or the kids can play in the huge custom landscaped sandbox. The possibilities are endless!

Located on a 2 acre wooded lot 10 minutes from many conveniences in Wisconsin Rapids, 25 minutes from the incredible Sand Valley golf course, and 40 minutes from Stevens Point and the beautiful Sentry World golf course. You get convenience yet will feel far away from it all, comfortably surrounded by wildlife and nature. You'll have everything you need to freshen up and relax after a day of exploring, golfing, biking, skiing, or enjoying the many outdoor adventures nearby.

This home was perfect for a 4 generation stay and the grounds were beautiful. Came for our son’s wedding and they got some amazing sunset photos. We enjoyed the firepit and cooked plenty of breakfasts in the spacious kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend.

This home is amazing! The view over the lake is beautiful. The deck and patio areas are so nice. Inside is immaculately clean and it has everything you need. We came in for a funeral for my family . This was the absolute best place in the area. On lake Nepco , property was immaculate clean and well kept up. Wonderful stay

Our family stayed there over a wedding weekend. The house was immaculate, there was great communication with the home owner with clear instructions prior to arrival. The kitchen had everything we would need including kid plates/cups. There was plenty of space, we would have loved to have had time to enjoy the outdoor space more.

This house is stunning! Loved the open concept and the big table to accommodate the entire family! The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. Games, life jackets, firewood and so much more provided. Communication was always excellent! All the kitchen items needed and more! Great fishing!! Nothing against this beautiful property, or owners, the water had more vegetarian, floaters than I expected, it is a Wisconsin lake!

Nepco Lake Retreat

This house, its location and amenities are perfect. Everything we needed was readily available, absolutely spotless and fresh. The furniture comfortable and enough chairs, seats and chairs at the table to accommodate all. All the bedroom windows overlook Nepco lake. Ever bedroom has a king size bed that welcomes weary travelers. Perfect.

Beautiful, Stunning Home on Nepco Lake Waterfront

Had a great time meeting some old childhood friends as we grow up in the area and spent a lot of time on Nepco Lake as teenagers.This new, stunning, spacious home was the perfect venue as it has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and tons of seating areas to catch up with friends and family.Works well to give everyone their own space with plenty of room on the main floor to connect.The kitchen is amazing with two large breakfast bars.I highly recommend this place. Have already booked it again for next summer : ).
