No pets unless agreed by owner in writing prior to check in. No shoes indoors. Carpets, couches, bed frames, counter tops, dining table, etc – if you spill anything, please do not try to clean with water or any “at home” products. Let property manager know and we can send someone to clean or clean after move out. Only toilet paper in toilets. No amplified sound shall be permitted on the Premises at any time. This prohibition includes, without limitation, DJs, live bands, speakers, subwoofers, public address systems, sound systems, amplifiers, and similar audio equipment. Violation of this provision shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement and may result in immediate termination of the event and forfeiture of all or a portion of the security deposit to the extent permitted by law.
