Check in was easy, the staff was professional. The on site restaurant was closed during our visit, this was a surprise, no mention of this until after check-in. And there was also no cable tv service in the room, again not notified of this, until after entering our room, and went to the front desk to ask. I expected more out of the room, being a "Gravity Haus" resort, but the room seemed very old, and "put through its paces", as well as, small. Also, the A/C barely got the room cold, as it seemed the fan didnt blow any different switching fan speeds. Definitely, not the experience that is described. Sorry
