Oceanfront Condo with Great Views from 3rd Floor Private Balcony

Now offering both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig that brews with K-Cups or ground coffee using the included reusable filter—perfect for every coffee preference! Enjoy your morning meals on the private balcony with breathtaking ocean views. This bright and airy space features a comfortable living area with a TV and DVD player, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Laminate flooring throughout living area, with carpet in the bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay!

*PLEASE NOTE: The Sea Cabins community will be undergoing scheduled roof and HVAC stand replacements from October 20th, 2025 through Spring 2026, with work taking place in phases by building. Each building will be closed to guests during its scheduled work period, so you can rest assured that construction will not occur in the building you are staying in. Minimal noise or disruption is expected, and we appreciate your understanding as these important community improvements are completed.

Wonderful vacation

Reviewer Comments: Everything about our stay was wonderful. The only complaint is that housekeeping will enter at any time to drop off things for that unit. That enter with a key if you don’t answer the door.

The unit itself is in need of some upgrades. For example, the sofa and chair both need to be replaced; uncomfortable due to condition. With some updated furniture and some TLC inside, the unit would be more appealing to renters and worth the money paid. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay.

No problems. Large porch facing the ocean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay at Sea Cabins 317A. This is our sixth time at one of the Sea Cabins in November and it is always a winner! The views were wonderful, the layout of the kitchen excellent (the island placement along the wall made the room more spacious), and we even enjoyed the pool in November due to the unexpected heat. The only negative is that the sagging sofa is due for a replacement--otherwise everything was excellent! Lovely the wood floors--easy to clean up the sand that sneaks in.

It had everything we needed for the week, with a great view of the ocean, enjoyed watching the ships coming and going to port. Seeing the shrimp boats working and dolphins swimming. We had a lot of rain and the parking lot was flooded and had to park in the public parking, which was not a big deal.(It was historical flooding for SC because of hurricane Joaquin.)We have stayed at other Sea Cabins and have had great experiences with them all. We hope to take all our children and their families for a vacation and stay at the Sea Cabins.

Honestly, I'll be thinking twice before staying at Sea Cabin, being caught off guard, but such a poor condition of the condo. Hate to give the bad review, but the owner needs to know that.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea Cabin 317A needs a lot of TLC. It was not our best experience. The owner needs to make some serious updates. The couch is very uncomfortable, and the metal pieces sticking out from the bed are very inconvenient, not to mention painful. Furthermore, how about adding some curtains in the bedroom to prevent the outside light from shining through the blinds? A comforter on the bed would also be nice, as well as lamps that don’t fall apart when used. We don’t recommend this Sea Cabin. We’ve been in other cabins that are more comfortable and visually appealing than 317A. Island Realty is great, but this cabin is in desperate need of some updates.

The pullout couch is broke down on one side so it is not comfortable to sleep on at all. I do feel that the furniture does need some updating and I think the livingroom tv should be a little bigger, but that’s it. In no way did either of these things affect the enjoyment of our vacation. I look forward to going again and would book this room again.

The bed feels like giant bean bag, I know we are in the low country but the recliner and couch don't need to be. When you sit on the couch you sink and its an experience trying to get off it. The recliner in broken. The floor gives and has different patched together floor panels. Also, it's 2024, is this the only unit that doesn't have a keurig? We have rented condo's numerous times with island reality and all other rentals are fantastic. Condo 317A needs some care to be worth the rental cost.

Very disappointed in the whole vaca!!!
