Stressful

There were so many things that didn’t work. Too many fees. The floors were filthy!!! The whole reason I picked that cabin was the Jacuzzi and it never worked!! There were several things like that

Response from VrboOwner on 16 Oct 2024
"Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered, especially with the Jacuzzi and the cleanliness of the floors. We understand how disappointing this must have been, and we truly regret that your stay didn’t meet expectations. Please know that we are addressing these concerns immediately, including a thorough inspection of the Jacuzzi and reinforcing our cleaning standards. While our fees are in line with the market, we deeply regret that the experience didn’t reflect the value we aim to provide. We appreciate your feedback and hope you'll give us another opportunity to provide a better stay in the future."
