Belmont Towers Townhouse 7 is an ocean block, three bedroom, three 1/2 bath townhouse on Talbot Street in downtown Ocean City, Maryland. Just steps to the famous Ocean City boardwalk and beach, this townhouse enables you to enjoy the amenities of Belmont Towers while staying in this 2350 square foot property with a private entrance. The ground level features two entrances (one from the garage and one from the street), a full-sized kitchen, dining area and living room with fireplace. The 2nd level features a den, primary bedroom with private bath with jacuzzi and a balcony that gives you a bit of an ocean view, and the 3rd level contains the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. All TV's in the townhouse have cable television. Belmont Towers' much sought after amenities include an outdoor pool with sizable sundeck, putting green, fitness room, and garage parking with two assigned spaces on the ground level for this townhouse. Park your car and hang up your keys - no need to drive anywhere as you are walking distance to many wonderful restaurants, shops, and boardwalk amusements. Accommodating up to ten guests, bed sizes include one king, three queens, and a queen sleeper sofa. Guest must provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This property rents mini or full weeks in season with check-in on Thursdays or Sundays and any three nights off season. Property offers only basic cable and no internet in the off season from November 1st to April 1st. Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of this place. The TLC comment scared us a bit, but there is nothing to be concerned about. The condo was clean when we checked in and just about everything was in good condition. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Lots of space - definitely a well used rental

The size of the property was perfect. Unfortunately, it wasn't very clean and the two pillars that held up the second story balcony were completely missing. For the price, we were a little disappointed as it is definitely a worn rental property but we did enjoy the size of the rooms and proximity to the beach.

Loved how close to the beach where we spent most of each day. Anything you wanted was basically within walking distance. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the second floor outdoor area. Parking excellent for unloading and repacking. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent again. Only needs additional utensils and dishes, glasses, silverware for many people.

Overall the property was cool and I’d stay there again. My few gripes was the floor was damp and sandy so we kept shoes/socks on downstairs (tile). The toilets, although clean, were chipped on almost every seat and it’s such a cheap and easy replacement that i don’t get how a place charging this much doesnt just get new ones. The second floor tv is a big back tv, very small,old and outdated, gave the room a cheap feel. The pullout sofa bed with very very stained, needs a cover. Overall the place was nice, spacious, right on the boardwalk and close to other stores. It’s the little things for the price that makes it questionable but overall i’d stay again. Check in was smooth, we arrived after hours.

We love Ocean City and Belmont Towers! This year we rented TH7 at Belmont Towers, the location is perfect just a little noisy at night due to the Purple Moose. The townhouse could have used a little more TLC. The washer only fills and drains, doesn’t wash or spin out the water, the water pressure in the 3rd floor bathrooms is poor, several of Vertical blinds to the upstairs balcony door were broke off and placed behind the sofa, could be a great place once these updates are completed.

GREAT Location - AC faulty, Awful Check in

Pros: The location of this condo is amazing!!! Take a right out the door and you're on the boardwalk. Purple Moose bar right across the way is SO fun. Ubers are easy to get right at the door. Having parking spots in the garage right outside the condo door was also extremely helpful. Cons: you have to check in at a different location about 3 miles away. That would be fine if they would communicate that but it's hidden in the welcome email and never sent to you again after that. Then, you have to drive back there after to check out. No option to leave the keys. The floors were SO dirty when we came in, we had to leave shoes on at all times. The AC was extremely cold downstairs and on the 2nd floor, the 3rd floor was about 90 degrees. There are no keys to the elevator for the pool so you had to walk up 4 floors of stairs. Also, the 4th bedroom/den is really just a walkway to the other rooms with a pullout couch. It's not an actual room.

Belmont Towers 7

We found a used condom and q-tips in the couch on second floor and food on the second floor bedroom. The sink didn't drain well on second floor bathroom. Dryer took forever to dry things. No hairdryer. There was also sand on the bare floors. Closet door was broke on closet beside downstairs bathroom. Bedroom with two beds had black spots in shower, I assume was mold from the moisture. Our one key to garage didn't work and when I called them them they wanted us to drive up to get it replaced. I think they should have came and done that. Layout was nice and spacious, it was a convenient location. It was very nice but could have been cleaner. The pool was nice with a great view. Parking was convenient, but needed a third spot.

LOCATION!

We’ve been coming to OCMD for 10+ years and this unit is our favorite! So much space for two families to spread out, super close to the beach/boardwalk, and parking spaces right next to back entrance to the townhome! Can’t wait to come back next year!

Very nice location and would rent here again. Only down fall was allowed 2 parking spots when needed 3. It was loud could hear the people next door talking but over all. It was enjoyable.

Prime Location, Great for Families

We love Belmont Towers! This townhome had more than enough room for our family to spread out and had everything we needed. The floors (carpets and hard floors) could have used a more thorough cleaning but aside from that, everything was wonderful and we’ll continue to stay at units within Belmont Towers. We’ve already booked our Labor Day week stay!

It is in a wonderful location, very close to the boardwalk. The condo is beautiful & very spacious. However the carpet needs replaced & the walls need cleaned or painted. I would definitely stay here again. We made the best of the weekend with the rainy weather.

Our stay was nice. The condo is bigger than the pictures show, so that was very nice. The kitchen could benefit from more dishes and updated kitchen tools. The walls are very dirty and could use cleaning. The floors, vinyl and carpet, could use a very good cleaning, too. It seems that is not a focus for the cleaning crew. The bedrooms were nice and clean, as were the bathrooms. The patios were a nice surprise as well. I would stay here again, even though I feel it needs a better floor deep clean.

I had read the reviews. Was hoping they had listened. The furniture is awful, broken and scary. The carpet is very dirty! This place needs new furniture. The kitchen is nice but surely could use some more utensils. Can opener doesn’t work. It’s a manual one, sad! It would be difficult to cook a meal! We will not return.
