Unit can occupy 6, bed sizes include a queen, 2 singles and a queen sleep sofa. Guest supplies sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. Washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
Building has an elevator and outdoor pool. Two parking spaces. Rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.
Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25

Girls trip

We found that the cleanliness of the place was a huge problem the location is great the size of the condo is great but it was dirty! The furniture is really old and filthy, the mattresses were terrible. It also said online check out was 11am, the cleaning crew walked in at 8:55!!! They said no check out is at 10am, ok so still why are they still so early. I called the office and they said check out is always 10am VRBO miss prints it, this would have been nice to know upon checking in.

Everything that we sent to you had the check out time, including your lodging agreement that you signed and the check in package with your keys. We are sorry for your confusion.

We would definitely go back!!

I was a bit nervous about renting this condo since there were no reviews. But, it all turned out very well and we had a great stay! It was myself & three of my girlfriends who rented. The condo looks just like the pictures and it was very clean and well maintained. I really like the fact that they rent for mini weeks. It's not easy to find a nice condo in Ocean City that will rent for less than a full week in the summer. The beach is just steps away and it wasn't too crowded. I think that since 63rd is more of a side street and not on the boardwalk, the only people going to the beach there are ones staying close by. There is a grocery store and a couple of eating places across the street. The community pool is very small, but that can also be seen in the pictures and it's fine for small kids. The management company is conveniently located right around the corner. The only complaint we have is that the air conditioner could only be set as low as 70 degrees. The days we were down were very hot and humid and the air conditioner did not keep the condo as cool as we prefer. It was adequate for us, but I will bring fans for the bedrooms the next time we come down.

Great location

This place didn't have many reviews when I booked it so I was a little hesitant. I lived in OCMD for 2 years so I know it well, this location is perfect. It is walkable to many restaurants and bars, and a grocery store. While the inside is a little dated, it's close to the beach and has free parking with a pool and elevator so what more could you want. My only complaints were that we only had hot water one of the nights that we stayed. Apparently there was an emergency number that we should have called, but I never saw it. When I reached out to the real estate company they were very short and basically said that it was mine and my senior citizen aged mother's fault that we had no hot water, even though a circuit blew. Also there was one roll of toilet paper in the whole condo for when we checked in for a week stay. The location is great, the rooms are very bright even at night with the outside lights shining right in. This place has a lovely balcony and if you are just there for the beach it's perfect. I would not rent from this company again because their customer service response was unfriendly and I did not feel valued. We simply asked for a refund (paid less than $100 a night) for one night and were given a stand offish response. I hope the next traveler has better luck.

The place was filthy. Vacuumed at best. The place has not been dusted in a year (or longer). Couches were disgusting. We put sheets on them, just to sit. There were rusted, old, filthy, patio furniture piled up in the corner of the living room. Thick layers of dust are caked on lamps, ceiling fan, bathroom shelves, etc. Dishes in cabinets were put away dirty. We’ve been going to OC for over 10 years and never stayed in a unit so neglected.

The location of this property is great. Less than a block to the beach and you can see the ocean from the balcony. Also, walking distance to shops and restaurants including Rosenfeld’s Jewish Deli for great sandwiches. The pool on-site was also great. The property could use some updating including new mattresses and smart tv’s. Overall, we had a great stay

Location was great!

We had a great experience. The location was wonderful. The condo was nice, although it could use a little updating. The beds were really uncomfortable and need replaced. Also, the washer and dryer was a little outdated. The view was nice. I wish the pool was opened later. I feel as much as we pay to stay there the hours should be till 10 because people are put doing other activities. Overall I'm satisfied with the condo just needs a few changes :)

As advertised

Location is great, very large family friendly living room/kitchen area for socializing...shower pressure & temperature were great. Downfalls- a lot of “things” stuffed everywhere appeared messy... Closet full of beach items but was similar to a junk drawer where everything was just thrown in. Wasn’t worth taking anything for fear it would all tumble. Beds are terribly hard and uncomfortable. Pool was not open, that was upsetting. We were told due to COVID but pools all over OCMD were open everywhere we saw. Not the owners faults at all but would have been nice to know prior to arrival. Overall as advertised and we had a great time.

Close to the beach

We enjoyed how close it was to the beach. We’ve stayed at places where it felt like crossing the Sahara to get to the water. This walk was really short. We all wished the condo would have had wifi and we wished the pool had been open. But, overall, it was a good vacation rental.

This place was as explained. It’s a little dated as the pictures indicate but was clean and in a great location. Short walk to the beach. The AC did seem to take some time to get to it’s cooling potential. Overall we had a great stay.

Dirty and falling apart

Let me start by saying my family and I come to ocean city annually and this was the worst accommodations thus far. Upon arriving the floor was littered with sand grains throughout the hallway and kitchen areas. We even found a clipped toe nail on the rug. Also dirty pillows, one pillow even having what appeared to be a blood stain. The lack of cleanliness was grossly negligent. I messaged the manager and called the management about the uncleanliness of the unit and never even received a response back. With covid-19 at the forefront and cleanliness being a major topic one might think this would be a no brainer. We bought our own mop and cleaned the apt ourselves. Side note, master bedroom closet was broken, master bed frame was broken and squeaky, guest bedroom broken dresser drawers. I would never ever stay at this location again and recommend other accommodations.

Nice place however there was no toilet paper the water wasnt on when we got there and the beds were terrible. Plywood would have been more comfortable.
