Enjoy a luxurious condo vacation in Portofino tower 4 with a stunning Western view of the Gulf of Mexico, the island and the Santa Rosa Sound from our 1330 square foot unit on the 16th floor.

The well-equipped kitchen, dining and living area features an open floor plan with floor-to-ceiling windows.

Kitchen comes with granite countertops and upscale appliances.

Living area has a comfortable leather sofa to relax and enjoy the view and a queen size sleeper sofa. For entertainment enjoy our 48" LED TV with DVD/CD player.

Master bedroom has a king size bed with posturepedic mattress, 40' Led TV and DVD player, and his and hers walk-in closets. Master bath comes with double sinks, glass walk-in shower and whirlpool tub.

Guest bedroom offers queen size bed with posturepedic mattress and 32" Led TV. Both bedrooms have balcony access and floor-to-ceiling windows.

Balcony offers a table, and 4 chairs. Please note built-in electric grill is no longer available to guests.
Unit comes with 2 covered assigned parking space.

Portofino Island Resort & Spa is situated on 28 acres with a gated security entrance and features 5 Mediterranian-style towers with panoramic views. Each tower comes with its own 70 ft pool and whirlpool spa.

Beautiful place

We really enjoyed our stay here, this is the fourth time we have stayed in the Portofino complex and we love the location being right next to the Gulf Islands National Seashore. Everything here was as described and it was very clean. The balcony was perfect and the sunsets were amazing.

Portofino vacation

Had a wonderful time at the Portofino! The unit was clean, well stocked, and had the most gorgeous view of both the beach and the bay. Easy check in check out process.

The condo was absolutely splendid from start to finish. When we checked in, early by the way, It was very clean. Had an amazing view of the bay and the Gulf. The owner of the condo was also very easy and pleasant to work with. Will book this condo again on future trips.

The best condo for our family!

Everything about this condo was perfect for our stay. The host provided everything we needed in this unit to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The beds in both bedrooms were so comfortable. The unit itself was very spacious and clean. And the views from the balcony were STUNNING! 10/10 recommend this condo for anyone looking for a nice relaxing getaway!

Loved it!

Condo was very clean and exactly as described. Beautiful view and place. Host was very responsive to any questions. Overall resort is immaculate. Loved having pool options at our tower or the main area. We loved watching the sun set and even saw dolphins one evening. Stayed here with my wife, our 6 yr old, and my parents. Everyone loved this place and we will definitely stay here again. Cannot recommend this enough.

I’m coming back to this exact Condo!

I’ve never felt so safe and relaxed on a vacay! I didn’t have to leave the property for anything! Everything is right there waiting for you! The staff were amazing! I called my mother-n-law and insisted on going for a family vacation, something to do for all ages. The Spa was better than I ever imagined, and I Spa a lot. Think it will become my summer retirement retreat!

Fantastic Spring Break Spot

This was our 2nd time choosing Portofino for Spring Break, and we had a great time. Great spot of families. Has everything you need - plenty of kids activities, great food and drinks, and a very welcoming and helpful staff. Iris' unit was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The view from the deck was gorgeous, allowing you to see the Gulf on the left, downtown Pensacola Beach in the middle, and the sound on the right. Couldn't be happier. I will definitely try to grab this unit again when we return.

Beach trip

A fun beach trip with family. We love Portofino's views, the activities, and the family friendly resort. The jet skis and scoot coupes are soo fun. My only complaint is the roaches that were on our balcony. We couldn't enjoy sitting out in the evenings. Yuck!!

Little slice of heaven

I can’t say enough about this unit. Communication with the owner is excellent. She’s attentive and very responsive. The location is amazing. You can see both the bayside and ocean views. I loved that we were close to the bay since it was a lot calmer to take our little kids to. We had many options for pools and they were all great. We absolutely enjoyed our time and look forward to renting this unit again. Thanks, Iris!

Wonderful

Wonderful location, view was beautiful. Sunsets from balcony were gorgeous. It was clean and comfortable beds. Chairs and umbrella provided for the beach that was only steps away. The Portofino property was clean and groomed. The amenities provided were wonderful. All the staff from grounds keeper, spa, to the Bar and grill, and front desk were friendly, kind and helpful. We observed each and every one take pride in their work to ensure guest felt comfortable and welcomed. Check in was easy and carts to haul luggage and groceries on elevators was a plus. Highly recommend.

Overall a great stay

The condo was just as described. Communication was excellent. The property has a lot of amenities and the staff at the resort are friendly and the resort is well kept. The unit is great and it provided us with what we needed. It provides a wonderful view of the sunset! A few items to note regarding the unit:We were provided (1) trash bag (1) dish pod, (1) laundry pod and each bathroom had what was left over from the previous roll of toilet paper. These items were obviously not guaranteed, however, most (if not all) places that I have rented have come with some of these additional essentials. Just a heads up if your stay is more than a couple days you may want to include these items in your shopping trip prior to your arrival. The oven takes a long time to pre-heat so prepare in a timely manner. These are very small “issues” so take them with a “grain of salt”. Overall it was a great stay.

Great condo and experience

We had been to portofino once before but nearly a decade ago. We always wanted to come back once we had kids and this was the year we could do it. We rented this condo and it was great! Fully stocked with beach chairs (you could also rent chairs and umbrellas through the resort), beach toys for the kids, kitchen items like every utensil you could possibly need, etc. Beds were comfortable. It had a view that was mainly of the bay but you could still see the ocean on one side. I will say, just be aware that this is in tower 4, which means you aren't super close to the ocean, but you also close to the amenity center/pool/etc. Its just a walk to the beach, so if you have small kids, that's definitely something to consider because the walk to the beach is okay, but the walk back in the hot sun is not fun lol. But overall, we would absolutely come back.

Just wow!

First, the design & architecture of the buildings allows for a full view of the sound & ocean from just about any balcony! The accommodations were far more than we expected, It definitely seems the resort & all the staff have adopted Chik Fila customer service excellence, “how can we help?” & “my pleasure to assist you” are commonplace within the resort community! AND….Can we talk about the amenities? 2 restaurants on site, bar at poolside, each of the 5 buildings have their own pool…you can order food wherever you are within the resort & they will deliver to you promptly & complete with a side of kindness. There are many Activity packages to meet just about everyone’s needs!!! There are too many to describe!!! We didn’t need to go off resort at all, only to explore & partake on some local cuisine & culture! All in all, we had an amazing experience!!

Got the job done

We enjoyed the Portofino property as a whole but this unit lacked a lot of the comforts of home. The unit could use a new cleaning crew to roll through versus the one that has been doing it, leaving behind black scum in the shower. One pocket door in the master was broken and the exhaust fans were not working properly. One garbage bag and one dishwasher pod was provided for the five day stay and yet the check out rules are to take out your trash and start the dishes. The couches are in very poor condition and the shelf under the tv looks like it wants to fall off the wall any day. We loved the property but would classify the overall unit as not as nice as home and only a step up from a college apartment.

Condo was very nice, clean, and modern. The view was AMAZING. Loved sitting on the balcony and watch the sunset. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had all the amenities (dishes, glasses, seasonings etc). The staff was very nice at the resort. Definitely loved our stay and will be back.
