We provided the guest with check in and check out details. The guest was arriving after midnight, lights were left on for easy access. We didn't receive any communication from the guest during her stay. I'm confused as to why she left only a three star review. The guest was attending an event 45 minutes away, so maybe she wasn't happy with location. If so, she chose the location so we can't help that.
