A spacious basement was created and the original structure was remodeled from the inside out. We love this home so much! The hosts are incredible. When we arrived a darling Nebraska elf on the shelf was waiting with a challenge for my kids, the stockings had sweet treats, and the tree was decorated so nicely. Spending Christmas in Ponca is one of my favorite things and having a wonderful place to stay made it all the more special!

Kids with spouses stayed. Clean, neat, roomy. Opened door to find Christmas tree all lit up. Fresh cinnamon rolls ready for us. 3 or 4 blocks from Mom. Perfect!! Everything we needed and more!! Enjoyed our stay.

It’s a cute and comfortable house and lots of room for 7 people. I forgot to take the garbage and recycle bag out when we left. We were hurrying to get to Ponca State Park for breakfast with the rest of our family camping.
