About this property

2-bedroom Villa Melini

Villa Melini is a maisonette style traditional Villa, the southest of the two Villas Mamel. A spacious open plan living room furnished traditionally with 2 Cretan sofas, a dining table & chairs and a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washing machine is offered.

A spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where 2 bedrooms and a further common bathroom with bath-tub are provided. The master bedroom has a double bed, and TV, and the second bedroom offers two single beds.

Both bedrooms and living area offer air-conditioning and balconies with mountain views. Outside, a 40 sq m private swimming pool is offered. It is surrounded by a stone terrace and a beautiful, lush green garden, with sun chairs and umbrellas. A stone barbecue is also available.

Please note that the Villa Melini is separated by the Villa next to it with a few trees. Each Villa Mamel has a private pool.

very charming villa

Despite our late arrival around 23.00 we were received at the villa to welcome us and to show us around. A nice welcome present was prepared. The villa is beautiful, the garden is magnificent, the pool is lovely. All you need is available, there is weekly room service, and the garden and pool are taken care of every 2 days by very friendly and helpful people. (Just mind: protect yourselves against insects, the street in front has quite some circulation -also buses and trucks- and there are many dogs in the neighbourhood producing a significant amount of noise)

Un jardin magnifique et une piscine très agréable pour de vrais vacances reposantes

Malgré quelques petits défauts (équipement de la cuisine légèrement défectueux) et un petit peu trop de bruits (chiens de village, camions passant sur la route) en journée, la maison est idéalement située. Très propre et un accueil et service 4 étoiles, quelques atouts pour passer de très bonnes vacances. Proche des plages et le l'autoroute principale.

Piscine sympa

Belle prestation mais un peu vintage. Il manquait la télé dans la chambre, le sèche cheveux et le téléphone comme annoncés dans l'annonce. Malgré tout le gîte est agréable . Peu d'échange possible avec les propriétaires qui ne parlent pas anglais et très peu le français dommage.
