Checkout outside these hours will incur a convenience fee and a daily surcharge.

PROPERTY RULES:
NO parties/commemorations/events or pets on the property.
The house is limited to 14 (FOURTEEN) people, including children over 2 years old.
Close doors and windows every time you leave the house during the rental period;
No smoking inside the house;
Avoid using glasses and glass bottles around the pool to prevent accidents;
It is expressly forbidden to leave the house with objects or utensils;
The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, and is responsible for damaged goods and damage to property occurring during their stay in the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of the rules of the property, the law governing the property or the internal regulations of the condominium.
