The house was very neat and clean. Able to find items as we needed them. Would recommend wet cleaning/mopping the floors. There seems to be alot of dirt built up especially seen when walking on floor in socksOtherwise very pleased with house and neighborhood

Host is absolutely amazing and thoughtful, anything you could of needed was fully supplied. Location was super convenient and catching Ubers was easy. Very comfortable bed, lovely rain shower, and good space for 3 girls to get ready together. We had an amazing time!

Loved staying at this place. Itā€™s not a big house but it clean, comfortable and had everything we could have asked for including coffee, bottled water, and a screw driver and scotch tape! Chip was an incredible host. Oh, and did I say there was ample free parking for two cars? No disappointed tent here.

Excellent host! Communication was superb and so friendly!! Super cute and quaint house! Just perfect for a long weekend away for me and my husband. I did not research the neighborhood well so it was not as upscale as Iā€™d like but we had no issues! There was a home being built right next door that had construction ongoing each day starting at 8 AM. It caused us no issue bc we were up but I can imagine if you were wanting to sleep in, it be a big surprise upon arrival. We had everything we needed at the house and it was stocked with any and all essentials that mightā€™ve been forgotten. My only complaint is that the mattresses were more firm than I like. But thatā€™s a super personal preference! No fault of the host. Location, in reference to downtown and attractions, was great! Uber was always quick to arrive and it was an easy ride to downtown. Overall wonderful experience!! Definitely recommended!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood, great for listening to the birds over coffee in the morning on the back deck. The firepit is also nice for relaxing in the evening. It's about a 10 minute drive to Broadway, though getting a ride share to come out on a weekend night was challenging. Chip is an attentive and communicative host, and the house was clean and stocked with water and other essentials when we arrived. We had a great stay!

We will never use vrbo again. Got to the location and we located the lockbox which was supposed to contain the key to the house. The code was showing on the lockbox and when it was opened, there was no key. Called vrbo immediately and was put on hold while they tried to get ahold of the host. No luck. We were advised to get a hotel for the night with a certain amount we could spend as it was supposed to be reimbursed. Also advised by vrbo that if the host did not reply in one hour, we would be called back and our vrbo rental would be cancelled. I repeated all of this info back to our vrbo person so I could be clear on our options. We checked into a hotel and were so upset by all this that we couldn't even think about going out to get something to eat. No one from vrbo called us back of course so called them after an hour and a half. Had to explain whole story again to a vrbo person. Kept saying we didn't have the code but we did but no key. Got disconnected while being transferred. Then we heard from the host andit was like he did not believe us. Said his cleaning lady put the key in lockbox a few hours earlier and this was wierd and never happened before. He has another key hidden on property but I guess he did not check his cameras to see we didn't get in the house. Asked if we were still at the property but this was 3 hours later so of course not. Called back later and stated that indeed the cleaning lady had the key. No real apology. Vrbo is nightmare

We spent an incredible week in this charming cozy house! Itā€™s nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, just a quick 13-minute drive from the vibrant Broadway street. The house is fully equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need for an unforgettable stay. It was the perfect getaway!

Great place close to downtown

Great time here. Loved how the owners had all the essentials for us and even left water and seltzer. This place is a shirt Uber to downtown for a very reasonable $10.

Close to everything!

This house was perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved the queen bunk beds and being together. There is a nice area out back to just relax. The house is close to everything that we had on our list to see and do while in Nashville.

Great Nashville Spot

My friends and I visited Nashville for the very first time and really enjoyed this property. It was clean and quiet with a fantastic outdoor space. The host was great and had essentials like coffee readily available. It was a no stress stay for us as we were able to quickly Uber to downtown, and East Nashville.Highly recommend this property!
