Great place, great location

Cute, clean property good for a visit to New Haven for a single or couple. The area is a little noisy, but that's the price you pay for being in close walking distance to everything you'd want to be in close walking distance to! Would definitely stay again.

The location was great, but the rest not so great. There was a previous tenant’s dental floss, chewing gum, and used gum wrappers in the drawer by the bed, and the kitchen was appointed with a used kitchen sponge (used sponge smell). There were scads of hand towels, but it seems one questionable bath towel left for my wife and me. The hand soap in the bathroom was empty, but there was plenty of a previous tenants dandruff shampoo left behind which was strange. I really needed a place with parking, as I was taking a family member for medical appointments. The listing says it has parking and I pre-checked via google earth and there is a parking lot but apparently you cannot use it. There is two hour parking on Howe and street parking on Dwight a block away…not helpful in 95 degrees with a medical patient. All ok but out the reply from the host…apparently my parking inquiry was a waste of their valuable time.
