Start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave 1 pool gate key fob, 6 pool passes, and 2 parking passes on the hooks by the front door. Missing items are $100 each.
If you used the extra beds, remove linens and fold the sleepers back up. Our cleaners will take care of all other linens.
Please leave A/C on 75 degrees or floor heaters on 65/LOW. Make sure windows and doors are closed and locked. Please leave glass storm doors unlocked so the next guest can access the digital locks.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If Guest notices anything broken upon Guest’s arrival, Guest will report it immediately to Owner to avoid fees.
All violations are subject to a $100 fine PLUS all costs resulting from any violation or damage (such as cleaning or replacement).
The primary renter must provide a copy of their driver's license with the signed rental contract. We do not allow stays longer than 14 days.

Access to the property was super easy and once we were in and situated we had a wonderful stay! The owners were excellent with communication and the property was better than we expected. The location to the pool and beach was great, especially with a 7 year old. It was easy to run back to the condo for anything we needed or just to eat and cool off. Being able to walk to downtown was also convenient, we enjoyed the little coffee shop and Docks a couple times!! We are already talking about coming back next year!

We have stayed in port Clinton many times and this was by the far the best!!!!! The location was a 10. It was walkable to a great restaurant Docks, very close to the jet express and pretty much anything else you would need. The pool was a 10/10 along with the property being right on the beach.The condo was completely updated, new and clean. We felt very comfortable and had a great stay. We hope to be able to stay here for all future trips.

We had a fabulous stay here. The condo is newly renovated with state of the art furnishings. Equipped with everything you need. Black out curtains were great with littles. Condo is perfectly situated right off the pool and lake. This community has everything you need for a great time. Thanks again!
