This is a 2 bedroom furnished apartment with AC bedrooms, power backup, TV, Fridge, fully automatic washing machine, fully functional kitchen, water purifier, hot water geyser, 4 seater wooden dinning table, 32" LED TV, induction, coffee table, etc.

HD TV all the channels are subscribed. You can enjoy channels like HBO, Discovery, etc in HD at no extra cost.

The house has a unlimited internet wifi connection.

The kitchen is equipped with cutlery and crockery, a 2 burner gas stove, refrigerator, induction to handle basic cooking.

It is 5 minutes walking from the beach. The apartment is spacious with regular breeze from the balcony. It has swimming pool.

The apartment complex has swimming pool that is well maintained and is open from 8AM to 8 PM.

You'll have your own private parking space for your rented car/bike/scooter.
Guest access
Swimming pool, lift, garden. Other than that the complete 2BHK flat will be yours to use. There is a parking for one car too.

1. This is our home that we rent out when we are travelling somewhere else. This is not a Hotel. So, please set your expectations accordingly. For example, we will not be able to provide room service and other regular services that hotels provide and is not mentioned in our amenities. If you are expecting a hotel like stay, we request you to please book a hotel. Here you'll get a clean and comfortable home with the amenities mentioned. Please enjoy your stay like you are in your home.

2. Please carefully see all the amenities that will be provided.

3. The apartment is cleaned after every checkout and also once every week. We try our best to keep it as clean as possible following this schedule. If you need the cleaning service more than this, then please let us know and we'll send a cleaning lady. You should talk to her and hire her directly for the duration of your stay, in case you need.

4. In case, you are staying for more than a week. The cleaning will be done once every week. Please co-operate and let us know the time when she can come.
