The room was very nice and clean! Very central to everything and the host communicated very well. My only complaint is the bed was very uncomfortable, we could feel the springs in the mattress. If you are tired enough it won’t bother you too much!

Terrific location close to everything we needed and wanted to see on our first visit to New York. Access was easy and we felt safe during our stay. Perfect for a couple wanting to visit. Alex was easy to communicate with and messaged us to make sure all was ok which was very nice.

Quiet Spot for Short Stay

The studio was perfect for our 3 days/2 nights stay with preplanned busy schedule. Hot shower and decent bed. Location was perfect for all the things we had scheduled.

Amazing Location

We loved staying hear because it was so central to many attractions and we coukd easily walk to the subway stations. The place was clean and check in was convenient. Definitely would return.

Everything was great except there is a very strong air freshener odor throughout the building and especially in the room. For sensitive people, it’s headache inducing. There was also something spilled in the hallway leading to my room that was not cleaned up the whole time I was there. Communication with property manager was excellent and of course, great location. The building itself and the room has charm.

Great Stay

This was a great place for a couple of days in NYC. Alex was very helpful and responsive. Everything is done via codes, so you can come and go as you please. The location is very convenient to Time Square and Bryant Park.
