Relax and unwind in beautiful Puerta Del Mar. Here you will find a very comfortable 2 bdrm, 2 bath with loft waiting for you to enjoy. This perfect location is easily accessible and offers views and amenities that will make you never want to leave! This condo is a penthouse unit with a balcony over looking the infinity pool area and gazebo, and has a large roof top terrace off the loft if you are looking to enjoy the sun in private or have a few drinks while gazing at the unobstructed views of the ocean. Within, you will find a full kitchen with all supplies, 2 full bathrooms with tubs and showers. A full dining area and formal living room. There are 2 TVs set up with cable TV. Both TVs are SmartTVs so feel free to log in to your Netflix account to enjoy your favorite shows. The loft is a large comfortable space to lounge or sleep. with the rooftop terrace connected, the space is perfect for enjoying a day in the sun or an evening star gazing.

Breathtaking view. Beautiful condo. Close to beaches, restaurants and a mall.

Our stay was amazing. From the moment we drove up to the gate the staff was informative and pleasant. We enjoyed the amazing view of the ocean, infinity pool and the sunsets. The condo is beautifully decorated and spacious. We would absolutely recommend this island gem.

Super clean, close to Crash Boat Beach, and many others. Nice amenities, was super glad they had an umbrella for beach shade. Decent communication with the owner. There was a snafu with the pool being closed for repairs but the hosts made it right. Great choice for a stay in beautiful Auguadilla

Amazing beautiful place

This condo is beautiful, spacious and has amazing views. The whole family enjoyed it. There is so much space, the master bedroom is huge with a king bed and a huge bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is a big room and so is the bathroom. It has a living room, huge kitchen, a deck, a huge upstairs space which includes a roof top deck. The views are amazing especially at sunset. The pool is awesome, the kids loved it. The owner was very easy to work with and provided excellent communication. I would strongly recommend this place.

Stunning views and sunsets! Beautiful property.

The owner was very easy to communicate with and had a very detailed welcome packet to make your stay stress free. The home is immaculate and well laid out for guests to have their own space. The views are spectacular from both of the decks. The lower deck was wonderful to get out of the strong sun for a bit but still have beautiful views of the pool and ocean. The upstairs rooftop deck was heaven at sunset and the evenings under the stars.

Puerto Rican Paradise

This property exceeded our expectations! The penthouse is spacious and well-equipped with all you might need during your stay, including beach chairs and towels. The rooftop deck is the ideal place to watch the mesmerizing sunsets over the ocean! There are beautiful beaches within a few minutes and we found this location to be very centrally located! Jamie is an excellent host and very responsive to questions. We will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful Condo!!

This penthouse condo was beautiful! It had so much space that it allowed myself, my 75 year old father, and my 11 year old daughter to each have our own space to retreat to! The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed and very clean! Check in and check out were very easy! The condo is close to numerous restaurants and grocery stores! The views from our balcony and rooftop patio was just the icing on top! We will definitely stay here again!

Incredible views, good location.

The condo is a few floors up and has amazing views of the ocean! We spent time on the balcony every evening watching the sunsets. The accommodations had everything we needed for the 4 of us. Very helpful to have a washer & dryer. The owner was available and helpful by phone for any questions. The property felt very safe. It was a few minute drive to Crash Beach. Very glad we found this place and would definitely stay here again. You won’t find better views.

Perfect Stay on the West

Our family had a perfect stay at this Penthouse in a gated condo community in Aguadilla! The property is literally minutes from Crashboat Beach, one of our favorites in PR. It is also in very close proximity to many of the top beaches and great dining and night life in PR. The grounds were well kept and the pool area was great with an awesome view of the ocean. We felt safe the whole time at the property. The hosts Jamie and Lisa have thought about and addressed every need that a traveling family could need. Little details such as these are what makes the difference when choosing a place to stay, and we will definitely be choosing this property for a visit again!

Almost perfect.

This is an amazing place. It's just so nice. I cannot describe how cool this place is. It's one of the best ever, except for......... It needs about 3000 in updates. That's it, otherwise its perfect. Updates: New Fridge, Upgrade wifi, clean the floors better to remove any little ants, maintain the AC and water.Although we had a few problems, when the owner does those updates and maintenance it is a perfect 10.It was still a very high ranking but fix those few things and I'd go back again. I expected a 10, it was a 8.

Great view and location

Had a great time in our family getaway which included my hubby, sister, adult daughter and niece. Property was very beautiful and clean. It’s a third floor walk up and was very comfortable. Pool downstairs was great to help wind down after our daily adventures on the island. Nearby beach crash boat beach was excellent. We didn’t have little ones but my kids did enjoy it in other trips when they were younger. Now adults in their early 20s they also had a great time with the Aguadilla night life. There’s was something for everyone in Aguadilla. Definitely thinking of making it a yearly trip and would love to rent the property again.

Puerta del Mar

Beautiful property however we had a few issues uppn arrival. No hot water in both showers for 6 days. Jamie was kind of enough to replace the hot water heater and also stated he would refund $500 for the inconvenience. Blow up air mattress also did not have pump to inflate so 2 guets had to sleep on the couches in the loft. Overall those were the only issues which was out of the owners control.

Paradise with a stunning view

I wanted to stay on the West End of Puerto Rico because of its beautiful beaches. This penthouse condo was absolutely stunning. And the views, you couldn't ask for better. I enjoyed this area because you really got to mingle with the locals along with people visiting, it was very laid back and not the hustle and bustle of San Juan. Every morning, I sat with my coffee on the balcony or the Penthouse rooftop and just watched the ocean, absolutely beautiful view. FYI, there are no elevators in this building, although you do start on the 3rd floor so it's only 2 floors that you have to walk. The place was a little bit difficult to find, because Puerto Rico has minimal, if any street signs. We finally put Puerta Del Mar condominiums in my GPS search and was able to find it fairly well. I had one issue initially and the owner responded immediately, and it was resolved. This condo is lovely and I absolutely would stay here again if I am in Puerto Rico again.Puerto Rico.

Penthouse in Paradise

Lovely & magnificent views! I rented both Penthouses on the 5th fl for a family celebration and it was the best reunion ever! The Penthouse is nicely appointed, very spacious, quiet and private. This is a gated community with a guard 24/7. Both guards were great people and very helpful. The designated parking spot is right in front of the Bldg ramp. Jamie's unit faces the ocean therefore you will get to see beautiful sunsets; but if you get stormy weather, you will get to see an awesome lighting show out on the ocean. The upper terrace is just perfect for star gazing. The infinity pool, is just down and around the Bldg, likewise faces the ocean. While the weather around this time could get very, very hot - this unit has several A/C units and fans that will keep the unit very comfortable. Crash Boat Beach is few miles away - Jamie provides beach chairs, floaties, umbrellas, for the guests convenience. Jamie made himself available for questions and anything we needed to report on. A very professional host.
