About this property
Rainforest Tiny Home Retreat #19 Rustic
Welcome to our cozy rustic tiny home! Perfect for urban adventurers, this unit boasts a spacious kitchen, ideal for whipping up culinary delights. With sleeping arrangements for six, it's great for families or friends. Step outside to enjoy the beautiful outdoor area, perfect for relaxing under the stars after a day of exploration. Each one of our homes features different decor and different vibes! Book one of our multiple unique stays.
Welcome to our charming tiny home nestled in the heart of the picturesque city of Forks! Step into a world where modern chic meets rustic charm in our thoughtfully designed space.
As you enter, you'll be greeted by the inviting ambiance of our farm-style decor, where every detail has been carefully curated to create a cozy and stylish retreat. The open-concept living area boasts a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for whipping up delicious meals and gathering with loved ones. Whether you're cooking up a storm or simply enjoying a cup of coffee at the breakfast bar, you'll feel right at home.
Upstairs, you'll find the loft area featuring two plush queen beds, offering a serene haven for a peaceful night's sleep. Downstairs, a snug bedroom awaits with a full-sized bed, ensuring ample space for everyone to unwind after a day of adventure.
But the charm doesn't end indoors – step outside to discover your private outdoor oasis. Gather around the large wood-burning fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars, or sizzle up some barbecue delights on the grill while enjoying the fresh air. With a picnic table and patio seating, there's plenty of room to dine al fresco and soak in the natural beauty surrounding you.
Located just off the main highway, our tiny home serves as the perfect home base for exploring the wonders of the Olympic Peninsula. Whether you're embarking on a scenic hike through lush forests, discovering hidden waterfalls, or simply taking in the breathtaking vistas, adventure awaits just beyond your doorstep.
We warmly welcome families and friends to experience the magic of our beautiful listing. Come make memories that will last a lifetime in our cozy retreat amidst nature's splendor. Book your stay today and let the adventure begin!
The home is very easy to access. Once you have booked, you will get access to the home via a smart lock, allowing you to check in at any time. Also, we have plenty of parking available, so there is no need to worry. You will have access to the whole outdoor area designated for this unit as well, including a picnic bench, outdoor fire pit, BBQ, and patio seating.
We will be available by phone or app. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions. This home provides self-check-in. All property & guest guidebook information is also available on the app.
Our home is located in a MOBILE HOME PARK. The leftover 4-5 mobile homes are currently being removed and eventually will be replaced with many new tiny home stays. The area will be the future location for our beautiful tiny home village. Thus, the area is a work in progress and requires love. When booking, keep in mind the current renovations to the overall area. It is centrally located, within walking distance from town, and a short drive away from countless hikes and amazing places to explore.
**Since the home is smaller, we have a smaller onboard water heater. The hot water can run out quicker than expected, so please plan to space your showers accordingly, especially with a larger group. If you take a 10-minute shower, it will almost empty the whole hot water tank.
*When booking, remember the current renovations and/or potential noise and/or vendors coming and going. All of the work would be done during normal business hours. It is centrally located, within walking distance from town, and a short drive from countless hikes and amazing places to explore.
*We wanted to let you know that if you're interested in owning one of these delightful abodes, we also sell them to those who love the experience.
To learn more about purchasing one of our tiny homes, simply send us a message or give us a call. Our dedicated team will be delighted to assist you, answer any questions you may have, and guide you through the process.
*We also have other tiny homes around the area offering unique features and settings, mostly in Forks, Port Angeles, and Seattle! Simply click my profile and scroll down to see our other listings.
*Please note that our tiny homes have a loft with a ceiling height of only 50 inches, making it impossible to stand up in. The staircase leading up to the loft may not be suitable for elderly individuals. However, the space is cozy and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for understanding.
- We love doggos, but keep in mind we have a two-pet limit, and charge a $75 pet fee. If you do not add your pet to the listing, we will charge you an additional fee after your stay. Our cleaners know when pets come :)
- Please no pets on the furniture or the beds, as this helps our cleaning team minimize extra time spent.
- Please make sure to look over the yard and pick up after your pet's droppings.
- Please don't bring food or drinks into the loft; we hope to minimize the staining of the carpet and the linens.
- Please, no shoes on the carpet or within the home; there is a mat or a place to put shoes right inside by the front door. This keeps our floors in the best shape.
- Our home is on a septic system, so that means only TOILET PAPER can be flushed down the toilet, please no other products.
- If you plan to use any extra amenities like the BBQ, Fire Pit, Porch, Yard, etc. Please clean up after yourself. We don't want any littering outside.
- Please be courteous with your noise level; we do have neighbors nearby and want to be respectful.
- If you damage or leave an abnormal mess to clean up, you may be billed for extra cleaning services. We keep our cleaning rates reasonable, so please be considerate.
- Please be cautious of fire bans in effect. We are not liable if you get in trouble for burning during a time when you can't.
- NO SMOKING, we have an exterior covered area for that, please put all cigarette buts in the trash can once fully out.
-During the Fall and winter months, there is a chance of power outages. The water eventually will go out since we are on a well system. However, we have water jugs to accommodate. In such an event, let it be an opportunity to reconnect with loved ones, nature, and its simplicity without modern distractions.
