Escape to this Swiss-inspired chalet blending luxury with nature. Vaulted ceilings and an 18-foot sliding wall open to a large deck with Olympic Mountain and Sequim valley views. The chef's kitchen features a 6-burner gas stove. Just 5 minutes from Dungeness Spit, the chalet sleeps 8 and has an outdoor table with a fireplace. Rent both units "The Modern Chalet" and the lower level "Modern Chalet ADU" for up to 11 guests. Dog-friendly for well-behaved pups (pre-approval required, up to 2 dogs, Additional pet fee will be charged).

Ladies Golf Getaway

Lovely home and nicely appointed - had everything we needed for relaxing, cooking, and unwinding. We didn't realize there would bea tenant on the lower floor and we did hear the garage door opening and closing quite early (during quiet hours). It would have been nice if the fire table on the deck had gas. All-in-all, a lovely home and very convenient to the golf course.

Hi Jennifer! Happy you enjoyed your stay! Wanted to clarify a few things. The fire table is connected to a propane line and does not run out. We are always more than happy to help if a guest asks a question. Additionally, the listing clearly states in bold that the house has an attached ADU, and that the units do not connect. Thanks again for staying with us!

Beautiful home conveniently placed

We loved our stay here. The home served as a base for my family while we explored the Olympic national Forest and other local activities. It's location is well situated to take full advantage of all the area has to offer including whale watching in the bay, bird watching and beach strolls on the nearby spit, and plenty of lakes and forest trails to explore. It's hard to pick a favorite feature but the primary shower, exceptional hot tub, and chef focused kitchen were all enjoyed. The only surprise was that the lower level is rented separately and I was not clear on that when we arrived. This did not damage our visit whatsoever but I do think it should be mentioned before arrival as we accidentally tried to gain entry to the lower unit and disturbed those guests before realizing the proper entrance for our stay.
