This is a you get what you pay for stay. It looks better in the photos than in real life, but is a great place to stay for a low nightly price.

from me ! We had a great stay and WILL definitely come back! The unit was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked, the furniture was nice - ( except the couch way too tiny lol ). The space was both cozy and a little luxurious at the same time - Seriously loved the unit !The host was excellent with communication and always responded quickly whenever we had a question. The location was also a huge plus—close to downtown and easy to walk to plenty of places. Having access to the pool was an added bonus.The unit is a little older, so there were a few small things that felt a bit wobbly, but nothing that affected our stay at all.Overall, a great place, a great location, and a great experience. We’d happily stay here again!

The location is fantastic - right in the middle between Congress Bridge and SoCo shopping/restaurants, but the unit is located directly above a bar. The lodging is very basic - living room furniture could use updating, no coffee maker, and dishwasher was broken. The bathroom plumbing is challenging, as the bathtub does not drain well and fills with water in a matter of minutes.

Longhorn Football Family Trip

My wife and I brought our Daughters and one of their friends to the Longhorns game. Travelled in from NJ. Was able to walk to downtown Austin (6th St and Congress) where all the action is easily. Ubers were very familiar with the location as well so no issues. Property manager Kevin was really responsive and helpful. We had a great trip and the apartment made it possible!

Location, location, location is fabulous! Parking was not an issue (this has been an issue in the past for me in Austin). Furniture is simple, yet all the needs are provided for (TP, garbage bags, towels, blankets). We did not spend much time at the location other than to sleep and change clothes. Coffee was two blocks away, bat bridge is an easy walk. Please note the location is by nightlife as described in the description.

We had a mixed experience with this stay. The location itself is great, and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The price was also reasonable for the area, which we appreciated.That said, there were a few things that could have been clearer in the listing. The property is located directly across from a bar, which made it very difficult to sleep due to the noise. While this might appeal to some guests, it would have been helpful to have that detail disclosed so we could make an informed decision.The listing states it sleeps six, but there are only two beds. There is a couch, but it was uncomfortable and appeared to be broken, so it was not a realistic sleeping option. The furniture overall was quite basic.The bathroom tub did not drain well, although this was identified in the welcome information we received. When we were preparing to leave and stripped the beds as requested, we noticed that the mattress covers were stained, which was not a great impression.Overall, the stay was okay, mainly due to the location and the host’s responsiveness, but some improvements in accuracy of the listing and maintenance would make a big difference for future guests.

Regarding the sleeping arrangements, the sofa is designed as a convertible sofa bed, which many guests find convenient and comfortable as an additional sleeping option, though we understand that comfort preferences can vary from guest to guest. In terms of the bathtub, we have also made proper disclosure in the listing. Due to its age, it may drain more slowly than newer fixtures, but it is still fully functional and operates as normal. We also appreciate your comments about maintenance and cleanliness details, and we continuously work with our team to ensure the property is well maintained and guest-ready.
