Step out onto the large screened-in porch, featuring a dining table and a cozy sitting area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or tea. The updated kitchen is fully stocked and includes a large dining space ideal for gathering with family and friends. Adjacent to the kitchen is an entertainment area with fun games including Bubble Hockey and a versatile table that easily converts to enjoy a game of poker or bumper pool!

The boat dock is a perfect space for swimming, boating, fishing, lounging, or enjoying endless fun on the slide! There are plenty of places to dock a boat including the boat lift, equipped with a hydraulic lift system suitable for an inboard ski boat or surfboat up to 24’ long, or you can tie off a pontoon boat in the water along the dock.
Indoors, the home is equipped with two distinct living spaces including two full kitchens. This provides the younger ones a chance to retreat to the game room to play arcade games or shooting a game of pool while adults can relax upstairs in comfort and style.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
A start-up supply of coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and dish soap will be provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, and cooking essentials. Bath towels and bed linens are provided. The guest is responsible for additional needs.

Suggested items to bring are life jackets, beach towels, extra paper goods, and ice. There is a large grocery store in Marble Falls, 15 minutes away, with delivery service.

There are NO PETS allowed on the property.

Note: This home has exterior security cameras overlooking the front & back yards and the dock. They are used primarily when the house is vacant.
