When debating whether to stay on the gulf or bay side of this area, this property is the best of both worlds with easy bridge access to the gulf. We took advantage of beach chair service that came with the unit, that was really slick. The pools and lazy river on the bay side (where this unit is) were easy to access. The unit itself was clean with a well-equipped kitchen. Its location within walking distance of the boardwalk made dining out and souvenir shopping easy. If you have an event at the nearby convention center, the location of this property is perfect- just two quick right turns and you’re there (which matters a lot with traffic congestion on the parkway). Overall, it was a great stay for a family of 5 with plenty of room and things to do. Thank you!!

Floors need thorough cleaning as they made our feet/socks black - especially the patio. Ice machine apparently works but was turned off.prop mgr pointed me to a 30 step video of how to turn it back on. Suggest they get that fixed before another party rents the place. Otherwise everything was good for our stay - we just bought a bag of ice instead.

We recently stayed at this condo during our family vacation and overall had a decent stay, but there were some issues that should be addressed.The location was great, and the condo itself has a lot of potential. However, several maintenance and cleanliness concerns impacted our experience. The dining table was very unstable and appeared to be held together with hose clamps. The balcony table was also broken and heavily weathered. The unit could benefit from some updating overall.Our biggest concern was cleanliness. The floors were extremely dirty upon arrival—our bare feet were black within a short time of walking around the condo. The shower also did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned before check-in.The owner was responsive and receptive to feedback, which we appreciated, and it sounds like they are working with their cleaning company and addressing some of the furniture concerns.While we still enjoyed our vacation and the location, we hope these issues are resolved for future guests, as they would make a significant difference in the overall experience.
