Come stay in our 2 bedroom, 1 bath guest house with a large private yard. It features a light-filled living room with a fireplace and a 55" smart TV, and an updated kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances. The 2nd bedroom/office is accessible through the primary bedroom, and it comes complete with a desk, two monitors, and a full size bed. Enjoy the added convenience of a private washer and dryer inside the unit. Pet-friendly with a private fenced backyard, the guest house is also close to downtown Mesa, major attractions, and offers easy access to Tempe, Scottsdale, Chandler, and Gilbert. It is located just 20 minutes from PHX Sky Harbor airport.

Living Room: Features a large comfy sectional sofa perfect for watching TV or lounging in front of the fireplace.

Dining Room: With a dining table and seating for 4, this is the perfect place for enjoying meals with friends and family.

Kitchen: The fully stocked kitchen comes complete with a gas range & oven, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig, and toaster oven/air fryer. All kitchen essentials are included, such as cooking utensils, cookware, cooking oils, and spices.

Primary Bedroom: A queen size bed with memory foam mattress, walk-in closet with stackable washer and dryer, and blackout curtains to help you recharge each night.

Bathroom: The updated bathroom with walk-in shower comes with premium towels, a blow dryer, curling iron, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Secondary Bedroom/Office: Accessible through the primary bedroom, this flexible space is outfitted with a full-size bed and a desk with dual monitors set up for maximum productivity. The bed can be removed upon request.

Backyard: The large private fenced backyard with outdoor furniture is perfect for pets.

Neighborhood: Located in a quiet residential neighborhood with friendly neighbors and very little traffic, and only 5 minutes from the heart of Downtown Mesa, where you can find unique restaurants, bars, and shops. Very close to the spring training stadiums for the Oakland A's and the Chicago Cubs.
