Spacious guesthouse with a private yard in a wonderful neighborhood! The kitchen is truly a cook’s dream - beautifully designed, well-equipped, and incredibly functional, with high-quality appliances that made our extended stay especially enjoyable.The bathroom features a fantastic shower, and having a washer and dryer was a huge bonus. We loved spending time in the backyard, listening to local birds and taking in the peaceful night skies.The location is perfect, with easy access to bike trails, great restaurants, and plenty of nearby activities. The host was wonderful and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful long term stay with Ty while we were going through an insurance claim from a water leak at our home. Ty is an amazing host. He was so kind, very responsive if we ever needed anything, and very respectful of our privacy. The immediate neighborhood is great and very safe and the location very close to downtown Mesa. It had great parking and we had no concerns with our vehicles outside.The apartment itself has plenty of room and everything you need! We liked the layout a lot. We had the back room set up as an office for our computers and it worked out great! The kitchen is super nice and we loved cooking on the gas stove. The backyard was great too for our pup!Overall I highly recommend for short or long term stays!
