House in condominium with independent home environment (only 2 houses, sharing only main entrance).

Large living room, kitchen, 2 balconies with hammocks and sun lounger, 2 large suites with balcony access, all large bathrooms plus a full bathroom with lounge access, service area, parking for 2-3 cars, outdoor shower, barbecue , 42 "LED TV with satellite dish, garden, for 4-10 people.
The house is 500 meters from the entrance of Peró beach and Conchas beach. You do not need a car to reach the beach, walking 5 - 10 minutes.

Peró is a tourist district of Cabo Frio with its own beaches of 9 km. The location of Peró is excellent because it is right between Cabo Frio Center (15 minutes by car) and Centro de Buzios (25 minutes by car).
