Waterfront! - Jump in our kayaks or bring your own boats or paddleboards and enjoy exploring and notable bass fishing on beautiful Pequawket Pond. 3. 5 minute stroll to Pequawket Pond Trailhead- Take a relaxing hike through the 1.2 mile trail system along Pequawket Pond. 4. Property abuts the Conway Railroad Snowmobile Trail- Bring your snowmobiles for winter fun. The 21 mile trail can be accessed at the end of the driveway. It runs from Ossipee to Conway.
