1. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.

2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.

3. Note, we do have a security camera at the home and it is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. It is facing the exterior of the home. There are no cameras inside the home.

4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

5. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the House Manual (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent.

6. We provide complimentary 24/7 communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night and we will provide you with a swift response!

The cabin is in a nice secluded area with deer around. The bad things were:The ceiling light in the living room was not working A chair was brokenThere was a bad smell in the basement. It seemed like the sewer system was backed up. Water was in the basement and we were told we had to leave. They said they tried to find another place for us but everything was booked. They also refunded our full price except what VRBO had charged us, which we were very grateful for.

Perfect PA Getaway

We had a wonderful stay! The playground in the back was perfect for the kids and the hot tub was relaxing for the adults! The fire pit was large enough to fit all of us around it comfortably and had amazing views. The house is conveniently located, 15 minutes from Wellsboro and the PA Grand Canyon. We loved the large dining table and the game room also.

Had an absolutely wonderful time. Location was exactly what we were looking for to get some peace. View from the back porch was incredible. Spent most nights hanging around telling sea stories by the fire pit. Would definitely book another trip.

Plenty of room for all eight of our guests and AMAZING linens, which you don't always find at rentals. There was unfortunately no firewood on the property, which was listed as being available. They was also a minor fly infestation in the kitchen.

Wonderful weekend

The scenery is beautiful, great location , wonderful house. Clean, comfortable bed. Very nice kitchen. Wonderful amenities- loved the hot tub and the swing on the back porch especially! Plenty of parking. Fun game room in the basement. We had a FABULOUS time! 10 older women hiking and biking.

Wonderful mountain house

The house was exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The kids enjoyed the pool table, Air hockey and yard games. The playground and yard we great for the kids. The basement was cold but there were several heaters that kept us very comfortable. The host was very responsive to our inquiries very quickly.

The view was fantastic and the location very convenient to hiking and Wellsboro. There were plenty of towels, the beds were comfy and the kitchen and living room were spacious. The covered hot tub with easy access from the basement door was a plus. The property management team responded immediately, which was appreciated. A few disappointments: we never found the second pond and listing indicated walking trails; however, check-in instructions recommended not to use due to hunting season. A few suggestions: outdoor property trimming (including driveway), bathroom update (shower leak, mold on ceiling and in shower), all burners on grill weren’t working. Rain caused a large puddle in the basement near pool table, which didn’t affect our stay, but should be addressed.

Perfect for getaway

We 3 families stayed. Enough restrooms , beautiful firepit & hot tub at backyard .... Location is too good for winter . & We loved the playroom too. Nearby (5m) drive had lots of stargazing locations. But unfortunately it was cloudy. Kitchen had all the items , you don't have bring utensils n basic ingredients, grill is perfect on the deck. ❤️

The house is wonderful and spacious, but I found the heating machines a bit noisy, as was the toilet flushing downstairs. And as for the cleanliness, apart from the spider webs everywhere, everything was very clean. The kitchen had two coffee machines, one regular and one Keurig, which was great for us. Now the view from the house is splendid. The best part ever! Be careful with the driveway if you go there in the winter, our car didn't make it out of there because it wasn't a 4x4, we had to ask a tow truck for help. The communication for me was terrible, no one answered my messages. Maybe because it was Christmas, but I felt like they failed in that regard. But even so, I highly recommend the house!

Fully Stocked Comfort Cabin

This is the nicest cabin we have ever rented! The entire cabin was VERY clean and fully stocked with needed paper products, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, etc. ALL mattresses were high quality. Kitchen was fully stocked with good quality items. Plenty of towels, including a basket full just for the hot tub! High quality game equipment including pool table and cues, corn hole, poker chips, etc. Host quickly responded to our needs. Pond was full of fish- mostly little ones in this little pond- kids loved fishing AND CATCHING little fish- saw a couple big ones that got away… Good dry firewood for fire pit. High quality swing set and deck furniture. Comfy family room furniture. The WiFi is excellent for a cabin in the woods. We picked up a Walmart grocery order in Mansfield on our way to the cabin, and lacked for nothing for the entire week. We have rented cabins in 5+ states over the years and this one was the best!

I'm a husband and father to 3 incredible little boys. My all time favorite things to do, would have to be golf, exploring a downtown area, or relaxing all day on a beach. I love brainstorming with like-minded entrepeneurs who are enthusiastic about new opportunities, just like me. I like to make things happen! Which is why I love what I do.

Currently, I am helping homeowners from across the country manage there Vacation Rentals and welcome guests into their 2nd homes through our company called BNB Breeze. We are a hands-on short term rental management company and mostly handle Airbnb listings and the logistical work that goes into managing these properties. Showcasing these properties to look their best and bring in higher returns for investors is just a small part of what I do. Currently managing properties in 13 different states.

I'm excited to say that the company has grown to include many team members! Heather, Aj, and Barb are all working full-time to help BNBbreeze maintain all of the beautiful properties we manage.
