In ground pool, shared with one other condo when occupied (currently not occupied). Large wrap around porch for amazing views and relaxing days and nights. All towels and linens provided, smoking outside only, ashtray provided. Within walking distance to 4 restaurants and Publix grocery store and CVS. Urgent Care 1 mile away. Johnson Beach and Perdido Key Beach 5 min away.

Please leave the linens on the beds. Please put used towels in the laundry baskets provided, beach and pool towels can be hung on hooks outside if sandy or wet
Please check that there is no food on floor or on furniture.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Break from life

The property was gorgeous and exceeded our expectations, the host was wonderful, we were lucky enough to have the pool to ourselves the first couple of days however, even after the second unit showed up, it still was very comfortable. I would stay there again anytime and really appreciate her hospitality.

This neighborhood has marvelous water views, and 4 restaurants within a mile. It is very walkable, and Publix grocery store is 1/4 mile away, as is CVS.

What makes this property unique

This condo has a comfy, beachy, vibe and laid back setting. Pool is shared with only the bottom floor condo if rented. No big crowds to invade your space. The spacious deck is so relaxing. You can just sit there and watch the boats go by.
